Simple. It says a updated app is available but then won't download the update and sends you into an endless loop of accept terms and conditions which sends you to the check for an update, which then opens the page asking if you want to open, hit open, and starts it all over again.
I can't use the app!! I'm trying to update my auto ship, but it just keeps sending me back to the App store to get the update. I click to open, and I'm looped right back to the App store. This is so frustrating...I don't know who tests their IT products before release, but they don't know what they are doing! Their website is a piece of garbage too!! I don't really like spending an hour to process what should be a 5-10 minute transaction. I'm about ready to just unenroll and forget about this P.I.T.A.!
I cannot get the app to open. It continues to loop between check for updates and the start up screen. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it still doesn't seem to work.
looking at how long this looping problem has been on going is terrible customer service. I have been trying to log in for an hour today already. I have uninstalled and reinstalled still not working. It has been 2 days and I just talked with customer service. They are using Isalife app, so I have uninstalled as per customer service. Isalife worked!!!!
Didn't have a problem getting in until tonight. Now it cycles between "check for updates" to the IsaOrder open or uninstall page. Shouldn't be difficult to get to the auto ship order page. Frustrating & disappointing to say the least.
UPDATE: It's July 18, 2019... and the looping issue is still a problem. Somebody needs to take care of this. It's November 10, 2018... and the app still has the same stupid looping issue. Very annoying and very disappointing.
For such a large company your apps have been the worst i've ever had to use in business. 1. The info cuts off the points and cost. 2. While trying to update my autoship it puts me into an update loop that never ends. This alone has cost me money I could not afford due to shipments I did not want or need. UNCALLED FOR BUY SUCH A LARGE COMPANY!!!
Everytime I open the app it checks for updates and I have to install and then it loops a few time and brings you back to the login page finally and once you sign in, it's not a very user friendly UI.
I am still having the looping issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Just want to update my auto ship. Very frustrating. How about a permanent fix???
This app USE to be great. Its horrible now, while reading the reviews I see Isagenix always reply which is great, why dont you just fix the app?? this has been going on for years not days!!! I know I will get a reply to contact Isagenix about this problem so they can help me.. just fix it dont make us call you. Please
Its keep asking to update the app store doesnt have update option. Going back and forth. Crazy loop. Shocked with the service. My CC info is attached and I auto shipment settings
I app kept closing and then asking to be updated again. Could not finish order. Seeing how long this problem has been going on does not look good for Isagenix.
Very user unfriendly app. Every time I get on to the app to place orders there is a problem. I order from many websites with no difficulty except for Isagenix. Please fix this.
Unable to get it to open. I keep getting a "new update available" and it takes me to the app store and says the app is up to date. Please fix this bug!
app has already updated but won't stop telling me an update is needed. I'll reupdate but am not allowed to sign in without uopdating again. Definitely a system glitch that needs to be fixed.
This is not working. Says I need to update the APP but it just keeps saying that over and over and over. When I looked at the reviews it's the same response... contact Customer service. Why isn't customer service doing something about it?
This app rarely works and like another user said, it just keeps looping over and over and won't let you in. This is frustrating especially when changes to my 30 day autoship is time sensitive.
The looping issue is still a problem. Please fix. I like the app when I can get into it. Otherwise it's very frustrating!
The app crashes all the time and always says there is an update in the app, but the app store shows it is up to date.
Need to fix the update issue. It keeps looping back and forth between needs to be updated and going to the play store.
September 9, 2019 and the looping issue is still occurring. I've been trying to access the app for five days straight now. Why is this a constant issue that is never resolved for more than a few weeks at time?
App will not open. Says install update but shows no update to install and will not let you get past this point. NEVER been able to get this app to work on my phone.

There are times where the app gets caught in a feedback loop of "needs to be updated" and then it us current through Play store and it takes 5 or 6 loops before you get access...still persists in Jan 2019

one of the worst apps ive ever used. I'm experiencing the things discussed by other users in feedback going back to last year. This app is very clunky, does not display fully on the phone screen, kerps telling me there's an update but there clearly isn't one, and it isnt intuitive enough.. I spent time guessing what I need to do to update information - very unuser friendly and clearly the company has no interest in attending to issues that have plagued the app for nearly a year.
