Been getting the "You are not currently subscribed to IsaTools. Please log into your back office and sign up". Been back and forth on phone with VERB and Home office!!! Nobody seems to know how they can fix it!... UPDATE: The VERB team was working on the issues I had and finally able to get App working properly!!! Appreciate the help!
I have been with Isagenix for 8 years and this app is a huge disappointment! It has so much potential but there are SO many things missing. To start, there are 8 Nitro resources but only 1 image for repair! *Note: after sharing with Verb my issues and them looking into it I have updated my review by one star.
Thanks for the Magic Link to get the app going. Why does it not sync all my contacts? It only added 4 contacts and I can't figure out how to sync more.
It doesn't work. According to an email I received from Isagenix Corporate the app is included free with my Associate fee and was supposed to be available to download free on January 24th. When I try to log in it says I have to be subscribed to IsaTools which is $9.95 a month to start.
This was formally IsaTools. I unsubscribed and deleted the app years ago. I downloaded the new app and am now trying to log into the new app that was just released at NYKO and I am receiving an error message. It is saying that am not currently subscribed and is asking me to log into my back office and sign up for IsaTools? HELP!
adding personalized messages is awkward. Cant see the message before sending and it doesn't always work. Or at least, I can't see it.
Update, the app has now been fully released and I can access. I plan to dig in this weekend. Awful app. I am having the same problem as others. Cannot sign in.
Can't get the business tools to show, like what Isa pulse can do. I've tried to install and uninstall many times since January. Also all the images seem outdated.
Just starting to work my way around the app! LOVE it so far! Sending some videos out then trying some social media posts next! A true game-changer!

I absolutely love this app. Very user friendly and now its even easier to share Isagenis with the world.
I feel I am limited as to where I can post info from within the app. Not all of the choices I want are available through the app.
I paid for a year and I still have the beg screen blocking my view. I've called customer service 3 times you have yet to address this problem.
I keep looking for my previous favorite videos that seem to have been removed. ie) Cleanse day, Shake day, Are You Toxic? Can't we keep some of these most effective older ones while we add the newer ones?

No cycle or team information appears under the business icon. Should this be available in the free app or is it only in the paid version?

Only seems to sync phone contacts. Wish it would give option for FB and email as well. Also, automatically attached the preset message when sharing video links. Requires extra steps to attach the unique message that it encourages me to create. Great base! and a tool I'm excited to have. Just hope to see it become a "go to" rather than a "when I have time" tool
