Like another user has stated, this app uses some underhanded tactics to get you to subscribe to them. There is no easy way of unsubscribing like there is in other apps. Simply uninstalling won't do the trick. The app does what it's supposed to, but I don't believe it's valued at the $99.99 a year they're asking. The fact that I got charged for 1 use, and despite an email to the developer explaining that I wished to cancel the trial, is enough for me to not want to ever use these services again.
Wish I could give a thorough review but I'm only using it for one page. If the free trial was separate from subscription and went by the amount of items scanned, I would start using it, and hopefully like it enough to start a subscription. But I won't commit so soon. I can't commit to something I'm not sure I want then I'll have to go through the trouble to cancel.
The app download screen makes it sound like a free trial but even after selecting what I assumed was the advertised free trial, I was charged a full year. I immediately deleted app and emailed developer with no response. I then redownloaded since I owned it and the quality was terrible and unusable. It seems this developer is just ripping people off
I dont know what's going on with the app but I purchased a year subscription about 4-5 months ago and it will not scan anymore. It keeps telling me "Network error. Reconnecting... I haven't been able to use it for the past 4-5 months or so... I emailed you guys and I didn't get a response...
I installed this application to use for work. Only to find out that it did not. I uninstalled the app and then cancelled my subscription. To find out that I still got charged at the end of the 7 day trial for $108. Please beware that you must double and triple check your subscription cancelation.
iScan is Amazing! I recommend this app to a lot of people especially my fellow medical students. Capturing lecture slides, if and only if the professors and doctors allow, makes studying easier! There's no need to write long and wordy lecture notes and sharing notes with each other is now easier!
I’m a salesman, always scan lots of documents and files and contrasts in the office, took me a lot of time, then I found this great app called iScan, really save my time! This app can scan your documents and files and any time, anywhere, you can even add your own signature！Worth every penny I spent, would defiantly recommend this app to my colleagues!
I have two phones. An android and a iPhone with the app on both phones and I found out that on Android this app is excellence personified! I can scan multiple documents in half the time without having to adjust the borders because my Galaxy S7 camera is so good love it, thank you, iScan!
This is a life saver! I love that I can quickly take a picture of whatever document or paper I need, and it saves it scanner quality! I can alter my scans for the quality I need. This is a FANTASTIC app for students!! I even think it's well worth the subscription fee!
They charged me right away and I haven't been able to get my money back After learned how to cancel my subscription and wrote several emails to find the right information. My conclusion Your instructions weren't clear. I was looking for the way to fix this before, I don't' know how to navigate on this apps, it's my son the one who wanted me to purchase a smartphone when I was happy with my iPhone, the apple store is easy to navigate and found the right tools or either information just like they are very friendly and helpful people when you call, I'm very disappointed that I never appreciate the service I had before with them. The apple store holds accountable for any of the business that develops an app for customer satisfaction, I'm very disappointed that I believe I could trust this google app. Sincerely Angel R
This is unacceptable! $100.00? Uninstalled immediately. Every 5 star review is posted in the month of July and I can only imagine that is when this app first appeared on the Play Store. If you want a quality FREE scanner, aside from the MANY thay are already downloadable.. just go into the hamburger menu in Google Photos and there's your free scanner.
iScan is amazing. This app is many times better than any other app ever I checked.. It scan my important document so clear and perfect. Other app scan is little blurr. But it's enhancing text capability is superb. I never purchase any app, but this app just perfect to buy and worth money. Your document scanning technology is very sharp.
Forces you to put in your payment information and agree to be charged $99 after the 7 day trial. Underhanded tactics aside, this might be fine if you're willing to pay a hundred bucks for a scanning app. if you want something free, look elsewhere.
iScan is the best app on both Android and iOS for scanning. It has several options for making a picture clicked with camera to look like a scanned document. Further you can save the scanned images as image or pdf.
Only a 7 day free trial for which you must enter a credit card-- then $99 a year. Even worse-- app immediatley crashes when trying to scan, so its unusable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I'm not sure how they have so many positive reviews. maybe these users haven't used another scan app. The pdf quality is terrible and really of no use. the picture wasn't clear no matter how good the lighting is. Avoid this app, especially because they automatically charge you $99 for trash!
iScan is a Great app! I like that you can take pictures, crop the part you want, and create a pdf file with it. What I love is that you can do a batch of pictures, go back and add more to the docs, or simply retake a photo! Great app so much faster than scanning on my scanner.
I love the convenience of this app just being able to snap a picture of it automatically detects the borders so use the files can you can fax them or email them straight from your phone it’s a great convenience I don’t even use my regular scanner anymore

Very easy to use! Aligns the document and takes the pic for you so you aren’t trying to hit the button while steadying the phone.
THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE IT. I canceled and they just charged me $100. Nobody will return any emails that the Google Play Store told me to follow up with. This company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. DO NOT put any trials of any apps from this company on your computer. The product was awful and they will bill you after cancellation.
It’s one of the most important that you need to scan. You can either save an album or single page . also upload your important documents ans save it for future reference. kindly take time to understand updates.. thank you iScan for being there
Great editing features Easy to use Fast and reliable The developers of iScan have done a great job! Recommend this app.I can take a picture and turn it into pdf and email from my phone. Makes work so much easier!!
Good app. My office machine was cutting off the signature line off a contract and no one could figure out the proper orientation or page size to fix the problem. Pulled out my phone, scanned the doc with the app and emailed it in a few seconds.
My 'savebox' for doc's and receipts iScan is the Best app for doc scan, used it since the very beginning for keeping my important documents and receipts for later use in case of costumer grantee. The possibility to access documents via a web interface from pc or other platform is 'Simply the best' :-D
the app works ok. no problems with that. But do not click on anything, there is a link to the premium account that when clicked once us a trap to subscribe you to the premium account and charge you 30 dollars. beware
iScan is the best scanner app I have ever found. I tried free and premium version of other scanner apps but this one is the best by far. Really easy and good fix of documents, iScan even provide digital Signature, really convenient! Worth the money!
Very easy and convenient when I’m on the go I can scan my documents email or attach them and I’m done. I feel the app is a little pricey but the convenience is the trace off.
USER BEWARE!! As far as the app itself goes, it works quite well. The problem came when I intentionally allowed my premium subscription to expire. It would not allow me to use free mode, and I could not get to my scans at all. I clicked on the "7 Day Free Trial" of Premium and was IMMEDIATELY charged for a YEAR of premium service. I got no response from the developer, and Google would not issue a refund (even when I reported it as fraud). Be careful...
