The IBAQUS from Iscar contains 5 useful applications for metal cutting operations and a link to Iscar's “Tech Talk” podcasts. 1. The ‘Iscar Tool Advisor’ recommends the best Iscar cutting tools and pertaining cutting data to do a defined job.2. The ‘Electronic Catalog’ presents all of Iscar’s tools with advanced search fields. 3. The ‘Insert Converter’ displays Iscar's current alternatives to grades and geometries available in the market.4. The ‘Product ID’ provides the basic descriptive and technical data for a specific insert by entering product ID or scanning the item pack’s QR code or 2/5 Code. 5. The ‘Machining Calculator’ offers a wide range of calculation options such as power consumption, metal removal rate and cutting time that are commonly used by metal cutting engineers, experts or CNC programmers.

will not open on Pixel 3 XL. Logo comes up, then goes to just the blue background and hangs. had no problems on my Pixel XL. both running on Android Pie.

your apps stopped working, deleted all iscar apps I had and reinstalled them they still don't work. please fix problem I use iscar daily

I had high hopes for this app since you need to know the secret handshake to find useful feeds and speeds recommendations on Iscar's website, but... Wow... This app is terrible. I am on a new Pixel XL and the app hangs over and over, the UI appears to almost accordion upward randomly at times, and it has some of the worst usability and workflows I have seen in an app in a very long time. Not to mention that this app isn't really a speed and feed database, it is a cumbersome sales catalog and if you are lucky enough to have it suggest the same tools that the Iscar FE convinced you to buy, you can get the speeds and feeds you need. However, if you are like me, and it displays completely different tools than what you are looking for, it is useless. I realize Iscar had a third-party create this app for them, but for tools this costly (and to be honest, not the most helpful field engineers), you'd think they would have invested in creating a useful app. It's not even partially useful. Don't waste your time installing this. I'm deleting it.

Don't install. Unstable & intrusive. I tried Turning power & torque. Can't enter round inserts. Input fields are off screen at can't scroll to select. Also this app can access your phone accounts & your contacts.

Very useful for using with Iscar tooling, however stability is not quite there yet. Returning through the menus leads to sizing issues so forces me to close the app and reopen.

Great pack of inbuilt apps. Especially like the barcode scanner for inserts which gives you quick cutting data
