I've done a few shops before but this app is a game changer. It makes filling out the survey super easy.
The app refuses to let me login. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works. I can login no problem on the website. I changed my password on the website and tried the app to see if that would fix it, nope, no access. I tried changing my password from the app, it says too many password requests. I uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing happens! I've given up on this app. I'll just use the very functional website. This is the first app I have ever had any major trouble with.
This app always crashes. I haven't been able to submit a single job without this app crashing. I lose all my work all the time. I'm phasing out doing work for anyone on this platform because of the app. My productivity suffers because of the constant crashes. I also use other shopping apps which are miles better than this app. Easier to navigate, not as rudimentary and more stable. This app, in reality, costs me money because of how slow and unstable it is.
The jobs are convoluted and take a long time to complete, but if you stick to only what is required to be purchased you don't make out too bad in the end. The worst thing about the app though is how terribly slow it is. It has to think for about 30 seconds every time you navigate to a different section. I usually only do one job at a time just because I get so annoyed at the loading wait times.
I honestly enjoy doing these shops. I've done probably 50+ and have gotten reimbursed for many dinners and even made some money. The app though is garbage. It has progressively gotten worse over time. It takes forever for pages to load (Sometimes minutes) and I usually end up force closing it several times while filling out the forms
Still new to your app so hoping be this can change. Please is there anything we can do to help load the pages faster. What on earth can it be making it load so slow. It's the only one that is like this. Please if it's fixable or I'll feel stuck in an AOL late 90s timewarp
I just registered & was looking around to see if this would be a good fit, but its not. The 4 jobs that are available are about obtaining a gym membership. The profile they want you to fill out is very intrusive. I didn't fill comfortable giving out my personal details; such as where I bank, I don't know why they need that info, you get paid by paypal. Plus, what is my political affiliation & if I'm registered to vote. I wouldn't recommend this App, but to each their own! I'm uninstalling!!!
They take too long to PAY OUT! My 2 shopS were completed June 3rd and approved. I just received payment TODAY August 16, 2019. I sent 5 emails, three alerts and 4 phone calls. That is ridiculous! They only care about completing the shop for their client. I went on the site purchase the product with my own money wrote the review follow all the directions. and 74 days later I finally get my money back and the payment for the 2 shops. Terrible customer service.
If I could review by section then the service its self would get 5 stars. Unfortunately the app in general is constantly freezing and I have to restart just to assign myself a job. I upgraded from iPhone 6 to Galaxy s20 and I never had this issue on app store. I heard this was originally for iPhone users. It would be great if the app can be updated so that the process of using the app is not such a hustle.
For the last week or so, every time I open the app and the close it, it leaves a persistent "running in background" notification that I can't swipe away. I have to go into the app info and force stop the app to get it to go away. Very annoying.
Great app, Great company I have done several assignments ranging from restaurants, hotel shops, bowling alley shops, indoor trampoline and even movie shops. I have never had an issue with payments being denied or processed. Most assignment directions are very clear and straight forward. When I need to get in contact with assignment representative they respond in a prompt timely manner. Thanks for the great service; A happy shopper since 2014.
This app is retarded. I have tried to register three times. Each time it says the email address is not valid. I have three separate email accounts.. There is no way they work for everything else but are invalid for this.. deleting now
Great app for finding some extra REAL work when you really need it and it's good pay and they reimburse you for your expenses to a certain extent. And it's overall really organized. Highly recommend!
Ok but not worth it. In my area, I only have 2 $5 jobs every 3 months. OK if I am driving by, but not worth a special trip. Also you can't accept a job if you are already there. It takes 1/2 to 5 hrs to get the request accepted by them, you have to plan ahead. It is very data heavy, so you need good internet while. If weak data, you may have to enter info 4-5 times to get it to stay. Can't send unless completed. After job says complete and able to send they still may not receive all data.
these are actually really cool. legit secret shopper jobs! I've done 2 so far and I look forward to doing many more! definitely a great way to get out of the house and do something with your loved ones at a free, or steeply discounted rate! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
I absolutely love ISS! 💕 This is the most straight-forward auditing service I've ever done work for. It makes it very easy having all of the companies on one platform. Support members are easy to get ahold of, very personable and understanding.
I love this app. The ease of use it perfect with the busy life of a mystery shopper. it does get stuck from time to time and does not show any questions in the page and you have to go back and forward again.
tried multiple times to create an account over a 2 month period. it keeps saying my email isn't valid and my PayPal email is invalid when it is my email 🤷♀️🤦♀️. so annoying to keep putting my information in and it be correct and this app thinks it knows my information more than I do 🙄.
Don't waste your time with this app. After reviewing several complaints about payment on this app and then seeing some praising reviews, I figured that I would download and try one of the jobs to "test" it out. I did one Circle K job for a full reimbursement of $7.00. Not only has it been two months with no payout, but you have to email the company who is requesting the job be done for payment status. It's been over two weeks since I emailed them and there has been no response. Don't waste your phone space with this app. It's a sound idea, but you need an advocate for you when the contracting entity isn't paying you for your work and there was no one even with ISecretShop that responded to me other then to say to contact the vendor directly. Save yourself the trouble.
As far as apps go, iSecretShop takes first prize with their skillfully constructed website. I've visited a large number of shopper websites over the past year. iSecretShop surpasses them all. This website is so very manageable and uncomplicated. I've not once found myself frowning at my computer screen while utilizing their site. SUPER job everyone!
Great app, very user-friendly. Easy to complete and submit shops thru the app as well. Not much variety, but lots of Wawa shops so if you're a fan of them, you'll really like. Only shopper app I use.
This isn't profitable at all. If you want to go shopping to random places to give a review on they will reimburse you but the reimbursements don't cover both the price of parking and your purchases for the evening so this is just a clever way to advertise retail businesses.
My experience is as follows: it is a very good app. When signing up you do fill out a long profile and have to give consent and sign roughly 18 company agreements (one for each company that will be giving you shop jobs). There are numerous jobs listed, including phone shops. There are tutorials on the ISS website to get you familiar with different types of shops and how to handle phone shops as well. I've been paid sooner than expected through PayPal based on the client who I did the shop for.
Can't even get started!! Downloaded app, trying to register and EVERY TIME I put my DOB in, it stays on 2019 and will not change to 1971 .... DOB is needed to register. If I could give zero stars, that's what it would be!!!!
cannot use! i had this app on my last phone. I got a much better phone and have tried 3 times to download it. every time i log in, it immediately pops up to tell me to log out and log back in. I do that, and get the same message all over again. Help!
*SCAM* *SCAM* *SCAM* I completed two assignments and was never paid. One payment was marked as paid on 02/14/22 and the other was marked as paid on 02/26/22. They assert: "Msp typically pays within 27 days of completion" so I should've received my payment(s) by now. I have sent multiple emails and provided any, and all, requested documenrs yet I still haven't received correspondence. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !
