It no longer records events? This app use to be great now it no longer saves your events. It only works for live view now. Not sure if they got rid of the service but it isn't worth it anymore.

I have always pulled up my events on my computer. It is much easier to view and navigate. Images are larger than on your cell phone. 5 days ago I have been unable to get my events on my computer. As I said viewing on your cell phone is more difficult and time consuming. If I am unable to use the computer I no longer want or need Tend (iSecurity+).

Worst software I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The setup is tedious and requires multiple restarts of the app which still doesn't connect to the camera. And on day 2 the camera went offline for no reason. My internet is strong, the signal is strong. Only reason for this poor performance of software is the software itself. Definitely won't make the mistake of buying anything that relies on this crapware or anything this company makes in the future.

Used to work great, seems with the last update that I cannot playback my recorded videos. It's saving them, but I cannot review them. Fixed with latest update. Thank you!!! 3/26/2019 Now I can't download or save videos. Is there a fix for this? Someone just hit my truck, and I REALLY need the video!

Just stopped working one day. Gives errors that it could not connect to camera (WiFi) or camera's servers are not available at this time (LAN). Wasted a few hours trying to make it work.. This app is total garbage, as is the cam itself, because it's totally useless now! It's highly recommend to avoid any products of this company!

unreliable, I set up the cammera with this app and it was working great until it decided just not to record motion anymore it had a 2 hour window where it just din't record anything, and of course it missed an important event which is unable to get any video for at all even with going through support.

I got in contact with the support because since last update I can not view the events anymore. The live feed is fine! It;'s only the events. And a camera without events is useless. They said I should use an other app!! I am paying for this app and no support at all!! Since then I didn't hear from the support anymore. This is very disappointing!!

Absolutely the worst. The camera has mysteriously dropped offline four times in the last week, resulting in reinstallations. I have deleted the camera and re-added the camera. The app may or may not connect the first 50 times you connect to the camera's wifi SSID, so prepare to go another 50 just to get the app to then connect. Today it says the page to set up the camera (because I am doing it yet again) is non-existent. Honestly? A 404 error?! This is the worst app for security cameras and it is disgusting that Kodak requires the use of this app for the camera I have while setting up an entirely different app - run by Kodak, that works for other Kodak cameras. Just.not.this.one! Ugh!

It was pretty good UNTIL the Android 10 update. It started having some issues a bit prior but now I have to force stop the app to be able to review it. Sometimes, also, it will record constantly every few minutes all day without any motion.

This app used to work pretty well until the last few days, now video playback is broken and will not work unless I either uninstall and reinstall app or go into app settings on my phone and clear all app data. This allows me to view the videos a single time until i log off the app then it locks up. edit I see an update fixed this....where do I get the 2.3.7 fix update from, google store keeps giving me the broken 2.3.3 version.

I can't get the app to connect to my Wi-Fi at all using a John Deere camera. it just says no internet connection and I have super internet connection. I have an Android phone I use Google cloud, but cannot get this thing to work. there are absolutely no customer service numbers that I can find call for help.

Used to be ok but they don't care to support older cameras. They expect you to ditch your cameras periodically and fork out for new hardware as the app features behind failing on older but still good cameras. Moving everything to Arlo and TP-Link whenever I need to update.

Seems to be just as good as the Tend app. I like that you don't have to hit the play button on live feed with this app, but prefer portrait vs. landscape when I view. Can you make that optional?

Ever since the firmware update this has turned into a nightmare ! 😫😫 Nothing stays connected 'm constantly reconnecting my cameras ..I'm getting very frustrated ! Before the upgrade I would have given you 5 stars...

Constantly crashes. Won't allow for live view

it is hard to keep the wifi change from being blocked or changed by Xfinity. so it worked good at first, I came home a guy was in my apt. but not on camera. very upset I checked to see if he appeared on camera. no it did not pick his entrance or exit. I loved this camera at first, but nothing was taken, but no proof for court.!!!

I just picked up a new phone with Android 10. It will no longer play live video and says that it cannot connect but can still watch recorded videos.

Ruined it. Update has stopped everything from staying connected if you can get it to connect for a minute in the first place. Now I have cameras that are useless.

This app is great for middle to upper security needs for free. Cameras (when one can be found) are excellent. Just be sure to not spray it directly with a water hose like my young son did to get rid of wasps!! lol I give isecurity+ a 5 out of 5 stars!

Still the same! 6/6/20 It's 💩💩💩💩 don't waste your money.. My camera records all day long two to three times a minute whether there's motion or not and when it gets dark out it won't record anything. It's useless as a security camera.

This company and app have gone down hill, half the time it doesn't even work. There's too many other free options for free security camera video storage to waist any more time with this company.

A little bit slow, even on the home wifi. Jerky. No longer works at all now. Can't establish a connection. Netcam app works just fine though.

Horrible... i can't even set it up. It either says my email is invalid and I have 3 which I tried them all and also it won't except my user name that I put in to set up even tho I have all that is required. I've reset my net, camera and re-download the app several times. I have paid for storage and cant use it.
