Dropped to one star. Can no longer "mount" sd card and constantly pushing for paid subscription cloud service. NO we bought this camera specifically for the sd card option. It has started missing motion events with the last update and no longer offers video playback of events it does catch.
Had this video doorbell for 3 weeks. 3 weeks of emails back and forth trying to help them sort out why the app doesn't work for answered door rings on an android. Apparently I'm the o lying one who had 3 mins of black screen. so tried it on 3 different android phones with the same result. My advice.......get a ring.
for a new player in this market iseebell is doing their best. I was one of the few who decided to buy an iseebell over the ring doorbell and since then these guys have been pushing updates & adding new features and making the whole experience as smooth as possible.
My doorbell stopped working four months ago. I've emailed support twice but have not been contacted by anyone other than a confirmation email. The app says it's been downloading firmware since December. Don't bother!
Needs some real options like ringtone and notification options. I don't need a notification sound every time someone goes in or out.
App no longer notifies you by ringing on your phone. Anyone else experienced this?

I've had this for 3 years and It's only workex properly for 6 months.

Recent versions of the app have been much improved. I can tell they are working to correct the previous issues.
New update is really bad. constantly logs me out which is bad if I want to quickly view my live feed.
Waste of time and money. After initially working for a few months the app now crashes constantly. Now I have a totally useless doorbell and camera.
Unstable most of the time. App reverts to portrait mode all the time. Auto rotate to set the screen orientation doesn't work properly. Needs some fine tuning.
Great app and cam. Working perfect without having any problems.
It was working fine and I was able to answer the bell using my cellphone, but now it crashes every time someone rings. I sent my feedback to the company but no real help in how to fix this problem. I also uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still the app keeps crashing???
Not sure what other reviewers are complaining about. It does have image flip and it does have adjustable time zones. The one thing to know is if you switched from netvue prepare to be confused. It's the same company
Buggy. Indicates bell is offline about half the time, which makes it useless for security (it's not my WiFi). Can't save time zone or delete events. There's literally nothing on the support page. This app needs A LOT of work. When it works is great, though.
App needs a lot of improvement. Won't save my time zone properly, instead of EST, it keeps saving time as UTC -5 Bogota, Lima, Quito, which is the same time zone but they don't observe DST I believe, just all the time stamps are an hr off. Also, we can't delete events
Doesn't ring on Galaxy Note 9. It pops up on screen as a notification like a message or a twitter notification. It only rings when you unlock the phone. It's as though it can't override the Samsung lock screen or something. Definitely an issue with the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 as my partners Huawei Mate 20 Pro rings straight away giving the option to answer the doorbell or hang up etc.
