Blackberry Motion Crashes and restarts everytime whenever I try to clean up free space using paid version.
Scam you buy pro then they come out with with military for $8.99 more this would make it one of the most expensive apps don't fall for this scam

I am still able to recover some 96x96 pixels images from profiles deleted from WhatsApp, I tried every method of wipe, I just don't know why but the app DiskDigger is able to preview and recover these photos, I might change my review if I receive an answer. Updated INFO: The only way to get rid of those thumbnails was uninstalling all Whatsapps apps I had, If I restore them using TiBk they are recoverable again in disk digger, after that wiping free space with iShredder worked.

This used to work awesome. Now it runs for a bit to about 40% and then goes to 0%, says its still working, freezes my phone and then shuts it down. No report even though theyre on.
It doesn't work. Disk digger pro still recovering all deleted pictures from free space. I am again and again sending screen shots but I am not getting solution from you. Please remove your reply.

Works perfectly on all my devices. Great backup too - even on a Saturday at 0900 GMT I was getting almost instant replies to my emails. I have deleted files using iShredder Pro, then tried various 'recovery' apps but none of them could find anything recoverable.
Being using ProtectStar's products for years, and to date, I have never had an issue with them. Great support and great products. 5 stars.
Device Memory manager still says 4+gigs free as the wipe hits 100%. it seems that its not fully writing to all blocks.
Doesn't work with SD card on android 5 device. Although the helpdesk was responsive, they couldn't make it work. My device is a Samsung Galaxy tab 2016. All standard with not to many apps on it.
USB OTG free space shred doesn't seem to be supported; Why? Edit: flash storage mounted on "/storage/usb/" fat32 format.
Waste of money. Cannot erase individual files from ad card. Caveat Emptor.
Works fine but when I selected an sd card file to erase, the entire card was erased. A final confirmation check of what is to be erased would help to avoid this issue. You told me to wait for a big update which I have now done and I have had to purchase the professional edition but I still am unable to secure erase individual files on my SD card. The options were not clear and Because it's an in app purchase I can't get a refund either.
New update completely slowed it down. Used to be able to do a one full cycle in one, maybe two hours. Currently sitting at 33% after 4 hours into one cycle.

When I purchased it, I was really happy. After a recent update, I now have reduced functionality without having upgrading to a Enterprise level asking for more money for services I already had and initially paid for. Feel like I've been ripped off. Not happy!!!

This is a terrifying app, I really liked the free space wipe, but it's the definition of user unfriendly to delete any files - click files, docs, pics category and it immediately tells you it's deleting stuff, whooaaa what are you destroying anything, everything ? At least you do have a stop button! I found another product that let's me pick the files before it destroys stuff. I really wanted a pro product so paid for this, too bad. I thought there was refund button but disappeared, learning hard way.
I have not had any issues with the app since the last update.i ve got the samsung galaxy s7 and it seems to work well now.i havent had any problems. I like the various erase algorithms.i guess my only suggestion would be to allow the app to work in the background and under lock which i think it does.keep up good work
Sooooo slow! 1.5 hours for deleting 100 photos. User interface is truly truly outdated and dysfunctional. Wish I could return. Not worth the money.
Runs great on my Samsung Note Edge and LG V10. Works as advertise.
The app works as advertised. I've tried to recover files afterwards and they can't be found. It's easy to use and has several deletion parameters. Just be patient and allow it to completely run.
Most low ratings are based on ignorance or impatience. This shredder is solid, certainly does what it says, and when used properly it works 100%. Nice work devs, running great on a Google Pixel 2xl.
