there is a lot of useless products in this app, moreover there is a lot of missing items. You can't find all what do you need. the app is full of bugs, it freezes upon scrolling and it is not well organized. to be honest, I bought a tigernu backpack and the service was good. sorry to give you 3 stars but I am intrested to see improvements.

We bought an item from a sponsored ad. The delivery was fast yet we were not allowed to check it on delivery. The item received did not match to the ad specs and shape. The support replied that the item they are selling is the one I received and that there was a mistake in placing the Ad. At first they refused a refund and offered after 6 days a product exchange. After insisting they agreed to refund once I send them back the item on my own expense.

Very unprofessional online business, they work on lying to the customers, wrong descriptions, I bought the HA-901T solar camera but it came without batteries, they say it has built in batteries but they're lying or they're ignorant about their business, I charged the camera for a whole day but nothing happened, so you have to buy 4 lithium rechargeachble batteries which adds more than the camera's price, don't get tricked by false descriptions and pics.

I bought an item that wasn't the same as the picture. In addition, the parts came stuck together. They took it and pried it open and damaged it in the process. I reached out over 5 times to have them take it back and they ignored me every single time. Trust me when I tell you, you're better off buying from somewhere else. Ishtari has a long way to go in terms of customer service. Will never buy anything from them again & will tell everyone I know not to. Hope this one star was worth 230,000 lbp!

The customer support isn't working, when I try to send an SMS it fails and the number for whatsapp isn't registered to whatsapp, and the help button doesn't click. I have an item ordered that's not appearing on the list and I shouldn't have to call instead of texting to get some help.

Application is good , but the one star is for customer service! The worst ever, I've ordered a few items since Tuesday 2 September and I've contacted customer service 3 times saying that I would get them by Saturday 5 September. I got no confirmation yet as I am traveling on Saturday... I made a big mistake by trusting you guys. I for one wouldn't recommend your site and you lost a customer.

The app needs alot of organization. Although its a copy paste of aliexpress design but still the items are mixed up and not alot of choices. And some items are useless. Plus the app freeze when u scrol down.

They canceled my order for an inverter twice stating 'delivery tried to contact you but failed', too bad i have missed calls notifications :). bunch of liers.

absolute awful horrible experience. innaccurate items, delayed delivery time and im not talking about a day or two, im talking WEEKS, and the worst about them is their customer support. I usually dont go hard on online websites, I get the that their plate is full. but this website? absolutely ridiculous. it takes them 5 days to give you a decent answer? no one is that busy. I gave them a chance, never again

Very good very fast and quick response they are helpful and direct with clients they are clear when talking about there products, they dont care to sell as they care to meet clients requirments

Horrible customer service, delivered the item without catalogue and refused to help in assembling the item. It has been 2 months already and still didn't use the product. Their customer service is not helping at all. I have waster 2 million LL.

Good quality and affordable prices . I have ordered many stuff from their website and application and they were all delivered in good shape even the fragile items were wrapped with bubble wrap . Highly recommended 👍

They were scammers, and I ordered many product and they came out other than the pictures, and they delivered me incomplete and the quality is not good

Very bad experience with them broken item sent and it took more than 2 weeks to send back my money and i lost delivery fees for there damage item so i paid for there fault

There is no time frame accurancy and whatsapp support is not helpful. The agent replied the below: "Dear ma fi orders n3amalet mbrha btusal abl l3id" Knowing that today is the 26th and the time frame should be from 3-6 days. Kindly cancel my order. I have ordered on website not app. This is not helpful at all. For better service kindly communicate that all orders ordered starting now will not be delivered before 3id lfotr. Thnks

Overall the app is good. But the search function needs to be improved. The WhatsApp number is not working. No support for dark theme you can't see what you're typing.

Lots of bugs and sold out items in addition not a lot of items are available like other online shopping apps. When i search for things it keeps on loading for over the application needs a lot of work

Three orders and all of them were either damaged or badly packed or not as shown on the app.. They send the order first time quickly but if you have any issue it tooks days from them to answer..

Don't bother, they will NOT deliver your item especially if you don't speak Arabic. Don't waste your time, order from another app or simply go buy your item at a nearby shop.

I used this app a LOT but now the app after the last update is bad tbh the most of the pictures doesn't open properly and only a few products available the rest is out of stock, Why do I even bother myself to check it, Uninstall is the best option for me.

Its not about the app its about the company worst service ever so unprofessional i waited for my return service for 2 weeks without any follow up or even a contact to reach! My advice is to never use it!!

One of the best online shop. Always the products are like described on their site. Prices and quality are excellent and the most valuable are the after sales service team. They always reply to my questions (within 24 hours) and not hesitate to exchange any product * super profesional team* i highly recommend 👌

I ordered a trimmer for men, it tooks up to 4-5 days to be delievered. Then i was suprised that the trimmer was with no adapter. I contacted them and they were replying only once each 3 days. Very unprofessional shopping website with no follow ups and even with no replies for the customer complains. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALLL !!

items are as described .. perfect shipping and so on .. the only reason i gave it 4 stars not 5 is that the app itself needs some improvements .. but overall it is excellent 👍👍👍

Downloaded. Installed. Crashed around 8 times. Can't get into the app for more than 10 seconds.

It's an OK app, it have issues in sign up and login.. Where you are not logged in and not being told why. Or not finishing sign up and not being told what's missing or wrong

Its one of the best online shop, good quality, i had a good experience buying from ishtari, good prices and many usefull products

I received a poor quality item and they did not reply to me after payment. Finally the product has been replaced. Thanks for ur attention.
