Trying to use one of the service it offers and turned out very disappointing. The transaction was failed and my money 'automatically' ends up in their e-wallet instead. To add more pain, in order to retrieve your own money due to their system failure, you must upgrade your account, that is by giving them more of your personal data such as photo of your ID card. Not worth it. There are other more professional and trustworthy apps that do similar tasks.

An excellent and helpfull app for me. It saves me a lot of trouble when trying to reload my data or electricity. Especially when it paired with linkaja. The only flaw of it is i cannot top up my e money and using linkaja a a payment method. And when i paid using bank transfer, it took a lot of time waiting for the payment to be verified. So much times wasted. I will change my rating to 5 stars if i can use my linkaja to pay for e money top up

Bad experience. my balance of 210K was lost on a mysterious transaction made 2 times at the same time without my intention. I reported it via chat and email, but there was no response at all. I contacted CS many times to report it but suddenly the phone hung up in the middle of the conversation, and so on. This application uses multiple levels of security to log in, but how can this happen ?! until now my email has not been replied.

This app is really *UCK (with an es). I bought electric token with bank transfer, and it failed and I had to wait 4 days for refund because it was week end (hei, this is an online payment, why I need to wait 4 days for refund. (No bank open at night dan Sunday and no one works on Sunday dan saturday.) After 4 days I received my refund in ayosaldo. Then I bought another electric token. Same problem happened again. This is just a random app or company that runs it. DON'T USE!

Bad promotion scheme. eligible but unable to gain promotion benefit. FAQ does not contain clear information, terms and condition. could not register new account on some device, shows mandatory gmail when register. registration does not contain email field, but somehow on account page, it registered one email address without consent. Poor Customer Service. on 1 case, required "battle" hours and words just to refund unfinished transaction. Poor email communication. Look other app for sure.

Been using this app for years, but the latest performance is very bad. My purchases stuck for hours and the CS didn't help that much, just kept me waiting until it's fixed. I'm done using this app for now, thanks for your service in previous years, goodbye.

So far is the cheapest payment provider that I know. Feature that I like it so much is repeat payments so I don't have to start it all over again. One thing that can be improved is the respond time to complete the transaction after payment has been made. Keep up the good work.

I've been using the app for my personal use, and never fails me. Prepaid cells, electric token, water bills, you name it. Perfect in these times of pandemic, and hassle-free. Combine with your electric payment, and you are good to go.

Bad service ever, I asked some products of em. They force me to buy the product that I don't know how to use it, I was asked customer officer but they gave explanation of different product, and so sudden my account got blocked. Worse ever. Another app work better with friendly customer officer, but not this one.

Though sometimes problems occured within the app, the customer support replies fairly quickly, and handles the problem quite swiftly. The app itself is quite complete for its functionality, and it offers plenty of discount too! Really nice.

Can't Register using Facebook, can't login, force us to register via phone number, which is very risky to be hacked like the other apps like D*na or J*enius, Afterall I uninstalled it after I found out this apps can't login via facebook. Done.

Very slow to open, once it is opened, failed to login. Very frustating, I am considering to remove this app.

the latest update contain bugs when link it to LinkAja. it went blank when we get an OTP, after that it shows the main screen. please fix it

I actually like and use this app for monthly needs because the cheaper price than the others, but many times of these days my transactions failed and took sooo long to get refund.

i cannot login to this app.. cause this app always show pop up that i have access re-register from the same ip address and failed by the app for login... please contact me how this could happen?

So complex, too much fees. I have to pay my daughter school fees, normally no fees, just transfer. With this app there is fees.
