I'm pretty sure that this app is being used to watch and see what my device is doing. This is because when I go to "Log" inside the app settings, there are hundreds of occasions where it's been on when I haven't realised, as I said, this is only a theory and I have nothing else to prove my point however once you install the app, it is there forever as I have tried on numerous occasions to remove it from my device but can't, hope this helps someone and you can probably find something better
Don't install application.. Customer care person behaviour is bad.. and useless app.. waste of time..remove this app play store
Fantastic app to help out people who have issues with their phones especially elderly people. Thanks to this app, I've been able to fix my dad's mobile phone issues. Great job team.
This app is a fraud. I lost 40,000 after installing this app. It gives access to the person to see ur details on the ph n use it for transferring money
Seemed to be what I was looking for... however, doesnt support Android 10, no + icon to click on where it says to click it. Very broken software. now deleted.
Hi. Just a warning. I was stupid enough to trust a scammer and as instructed by him I downloaded this app for him to stop a so called payment made from my bank account without my authority.... This person directed me to my online account and then I realized there was another curser on my page as well as mine. I quickly hung up on him and uninstalled your app. Just needed to warn you all how simply someone can use this app to see all info on phones/computers.
Don't install this app, its fraud don't share any details of your bank or personal informations, these types of app stealing your bank account
Completely useless when it won't generate a session code from the phone.
Good and straight-forward for the odd support session with a client
I wanted my customers to download this, initiate the session. According to ISL, only the operator can do this. So I would have to share operator credentials with my customers, basically allowing my customers to connect to other customers?? This workflow design is broken. Obviously a user should be able to easily create a session and share with me, the sole operator, a session id to connect to.
Very hard to find the cost. It's not a free service.

We use ISL Online desktop to support our customers, this app works really well for us to also get access to their phones when they need it. That is all we have used it for, but it does what is needed. There is no option to control but being able to see a phone remotely and advise is invaluable and I believe that is an Android limitation, not the app.
