Island Mobile Banking

Ok so I'm not sure why this app refuses to show your credit card transactions. I've had this app for yrs now and multiple updates still nothing . Their answer is just go to the website to see it. Unacceptable!!! External transfers would be nice too. UPDATE: 3/22 the app still hasnt changed. They can change the logo but not the app. Its just lazy.

App hasn't worked for weeks. Is anyone at the bank listening. Reps on phone have no idea why. Their response is to uninstall and reinstall the app. I tell them it been tried and app still doesn't work. Try again tomorrow was their advise. Was told that I would need to go to bank to handle my transactions. Doesn't look like they want my business anymore. Looks like I will need to start looking for a new bank for my business.

The app literally just doesn't want to open anymore. I guess it only works on older phones because as soon as I changed over to my brand new one, it wouldn't open even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Please update the app!

For some reason the app is not working anymore. After it opens it won't accept any touch input, so I can't log in, open settings, anything. I may as well be looking at a photo, because tapping my screen has zero effect. This is happening on multiple phones across different versions of Android. So at the moment it is useless.

Forced me to update app now it crashes every time i log in. Thanks!!!!! Update it crashes because i have usb debugging on which ive had on for over 2 years now with no issue fix your app. And if you turn it off still says you have to turn it off to use it so guess its time to switch banks. Don't forget there's no support line to help you with this issue either and they don't respond to anything. Update 10-29-21 - Still doesnt allow me to access with USB Debugging on

Not working.after update was finish it never opened...

The App is no longer working on my Android. Island Federal has been unable to help. I loved this App when it worked. I no longer can bank the way I used to when I had it. I can't see my balance, transfer, deposit or pay bills on-line any longer. Very depressing! Has anyone else experience this problem? I open the App and my phone screen turns white, and that's it. No message, nothing.

Updated the app and now it crashes more than it allows me to use it.

This is a pathetic app. It's not working for many days. I uninstalled and tried to reinstall but it's not even installing again. I uninstalled because it's not showing up anything, just a blank white screen whenever I tried to use the app.

Not working on Android all of a sudden ! Please get with it and fix the issue .

The worst app in the history of banking!!! I am using the same user ID and password on my computer and can log in, but the mobile app gives errors over and over, and sometimes loading forever. It says call for assistance, and when I call nobody could help!

Worst possible banking app I've ever had the displeasure of using. There's always an issue with verification codes and signing in. I have to call the bank and wait on hold indefinitely until I can find someone in the right department to try and assist me smh....major inconvenience.

Very slow and often crashes, won't let me change phone number.

I love banking here vs my old financial insitute (citi) but this app really needs work. 2/3 times i try to login to this app, it either doesnt work. freezes, or tells me I cannot be validated. This app needs some fixing or a redesign.

Is no opening for log in in my account...is not opening as a appliance.

The app was good but its not working anymore in Android 9.0. As soon as i start the app it crashes. İts been a month since jts crashing and i am unable to start.

I get error messages every time I try to log in. So much for convenience, I have to use my PC every time I want to check my accounts now.

This app refuses to open, it use to be so easy to do my banking but now it is just a nightmare! I have to drive to an ATM just to check my balances, I am seriously considering changing banks all together

Used to work until they updated it in 2020, has been freezing, deleting my login information and fingerprint constantly, and just not responding at all since mid-2020.

I've just opened my accounts a couple of months ago, approximately about 6-7 months ago, and I have to say I've had a great experience with Long Island Federal Credit Union Bank, it didn't matter what help I needed with, from opening my accounts to putting my accounts into their app into my phone. I've always been treated with respect, kindness ❤ and throughly accomplished the task that the representative needed to help me with. I will recommend this Long Island Federal Credit Union in Coram.

Great app! I moved out of NY State and still stay with IFCU. This app makes deposits and all other aspects of my banking very easy. Kudos to IFCU and a shout out V. H. in Hauppauge.

Every time I try to enroll it always says failed to enroll. Then I'll call to see what the issue is and then I'm told there is none. Not sure of its just the app or what but it's super annoying.

very easy to use. depositing a check takes seconds, and the app is designed so well for mobile viewing.
