The service is great but the app is horrible. Can't pay through it, can't collect points, can't scan the QR code. Once the app works properly (if it ever will) I'll give 5 stars.

I have had the same experience many times of trying to use the app to pay. I have never gotten credit either for any of my visits. Hopefully, the new app will work better. Foods and service are generally good, so I'm giving 3 stars to counteract the bad app.

This is by far the worst app ever. There's an Islands on the way home from work where we've been go to for years. Not once have I ever been able to pay the bill through this app. So, I never get credit for for all of our purchases. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app but it still closes on me all the time. Any time I mention this to an employee, I've been told "yeah they're working on it". We've been hearing that forever. Come on Islands! The service and food are excellent! But your app sucks!

Ordering online is quick and easy. Really appreciate the ability to save and label previous orders. Space for special instructions very limited - something like 20 characters. I ask for no utensils or condiments on my take out orders, letting the restaurant know we're just taking it home to eat. And there is barely enough space to make that request.

There was nothing wrong with the old app, but the new version does not work. It does not allow me to scan the QR code on the receipt so I did not get credit for the purchase I made last night.

Horrible app probable "come on" restaurant says free chips and salsa if you get the app. Got the app it won't open. Still no chips and salsa unless app works. Waste of 20 minutes

I've had the app downloaded for about 10 minutes now, and it's crashed 4 times. I try to pay with the app, but the app either crashes or goes back the "enter ticket number" page after selecting the tip amount.

Works pretty good. Easy to order on the go. Like how it refreshes to give you a current pick up time. Does have some lag, but that could be due to net reception. Also like how they added the option to pay when you get to the store.

islands pushes you to get the app, then makes it difficult to earn points. you have to jump through a bunch of hoops. go ahead and try it yourself, just look at the app menu choices. Tell me where on there it says "earn points" it's something like that . You have to register you credit card and then used the same card everytime to get points credit. Huh, what if i use a different card or pay cash? uninstall.

Easy to use app for takeout, but the promo deals pricing needs some alignment. If deals are not applicable to Takeout orders, please don't show promo pricing. My promo code applied on the order, then my credit card was charged the difference at the store for full price.

App lies about times that are open for stores and does not keep up in real time their business hours during holidays when ordering. Had a really bad experience trying to update my order on the app for a different time or cancelling the order all together. Would not recommend the app for ordering or the restaurant, to anyone.

The app easy to navigate and user friendly. My concern comes to splitting bill payment. My last purchase, I paid for the entire meal because app would not allow to split payment.

I love the employees and the food service. Everyone is always so happy to help you with anything you need and the food is amazing! They have the best chicken wings, especially during Happy Hour. Salads are fresh and burgers are mouthwatering delicious. I have yet to go wrong here. My new favorite restaurant and great bar for Football and Surfing.

Awful. I have now had four or five meals that cannot be credited to my account. I was not able to redeem my initial reward. Often, they cannot find my phone number in the restaurant and I can show it to them in the app under Profile. I've always loved Islands and the food but this is ridiculous.

A little tricky adding to your order but just back up to the menu and add. It would be 5 stars if the app popped the question "want to add other items" and one click and back to menu adding that other item.

They perfectly prepared my order and I was impressed with that, but I have a medical condition, so I wrote my special note about Celiac Disease and not adding croutons... the salad had croutons; the ticket did not display my note to them. The server said she would call IT to ensure that special notes would be relayed to staff for proper food management. Im quite happy with that - they remade my salad with no croutons (yeah) and I like Islands even more because they cared!

No way to scan the receipt to verify purchase. One has to give the phone number to the server, who writes it down on a scrap of paper, then manually enters the number at the register. Get with it, Islands! I've uninstalled.

Worst app ever. Reset my password. Still incorrect after copying and pasting into app. Ridiculous amount of time wasted trying to order from app. Phone lines are busy, asked to hold. This app sucks

The integration with Facebook doesn't work, so you can't use Facebook to log into the app any longer.

The app offers great rewards and offers, and it's easy to use. If you're a fan of Island's Restaurants (and quite frankly if you're not, I don't understand), you should get the app.

I live nearby and eat here often, so it made sense to start a free account n grab some free entrees. Even if I forget to get my rewards in-person, the online service is prompt and easy 😊 I like that they don't spam me unless it's for something good, like triple rewards points or free birthday gift

There is no where in the app to scan or input your reward points yourself... Waiting for a Busy Server can get bothersome as in case I had to wait more than 10 mins. before I could get their attention to Flag them down...!!!

Terrible site can't get in at all doesn't work

pretty good application however when it came to actually claiming the reward it doesn't have a barcode or anything so it's a little bit confusing but overall a very well laid-out app and easy to use

Easy tool navigate, but you need to be able to add your rewards points from your receipt. No one asks its you are a rewards member and I forget until I've payed my bill.

Keeps telling me my order had expired when I place order, on the 4th time I managed to order and add card in about 30 seconds. In the time it took me to fight this dumb app I could have had my food if I had just called.

Does not allow for use of gift cards and the notes section of the order only allows for 20 characters. Otherwise, great app.

It does what it says... Knows when you're at the restaurant, can pay your bill through it, offers specials. Nice for regulars like me.

It's bern goid so far. But the impssible burger was a little difficult to order as another type of burger. The app doesnt give much room to add notes.

I had no problems ordering and getting exactly what I wanted. Only one thing...I did not have the wheat bin option on the app. Love Islands
