I love this camera when the app works. I keep getting an error message that Ismeye stopped working. I thought it was my outdated phone so I bought a new one. Still get the error. Very frustrating!!! I need to get some footage and I'm not able to access it.
The ISmeye app is filled with bugs and is very defective. My screen continues to go black and the app constantly malfunctions. I am going to have to return this camera to get a much better and reliable brand .Please don't waste your time or money on any of Tonton's products or cameras.
Nice app, easy to use and practical. Has motion detector (I was specially looking for a cam with this), the image is clearer than in other apps (devices). I am happy with this product... did I mention, that it is super easy to set it up :)
Kept bugging me for a rating so here you go... This app lives up to everything you've come to expect from the Big Top China Mountain. Poorly designed, hard to use, flaky and unreliable, and of course, a total ripoff, just a means to soak you for more money. Don't use.
Worked well for a few weeks, but now getting "ismEye app has closed" when attempting to view some camera feeds. Very disappointed as this was good when first installed.
Good stable app at home. Very slow to load recorded SD card video when away from home but that may be due to connection speeds.
Great app & camera, however a little too sensitive as fog & rain set it off. I also feel that we shouldn't be forced to use your cloud but should be able to choose our own cloud.
The cam transmits to internet storage even without subscription. You may access your images only if you PAY the spies for their access to your privacy, which the user agreement stipulates, and remains useless otherwise. Save your money and forget using wifi.
I have been trying for 3 hours to connect 2 tonton cameras without any luck. Am ready to throw them in the trash. Very user unfriendly!
it worked well first 2 days now notifications stopped coming to my phone, havent changed any setting, tried reinstalling the app, nothing will bring back my notifocations please help
good for the price but known bugs are not being fixed. no multi cam mode, some downloading and sharing cause app crashes.
So far so good. Definitely worth the monies i spent. Got it cause my packages were stolen several times over the last few week. Now i encourage whom ever to smile at the camera.
Excellent device. Easy to set up and to use. Works as advertised and no complaints.
Awful would be an understatement.. App kept crashing and no one could even begin to help resolve it.. Junk app.. Oh,, and nobody can tell me how to cancel ucloud monthly payments..
The app is stupid, it will not record events saved on the local SD card and tries to force you to subscribe to their $200/year cloud service.
Was working Good last night Now it will not connect ! email notifications do not come through anymore either i pay for cloud services getting more fed up with tjis system
Camera disconnects frequently. I dont know if its the app or the camera itself. My internet seems stable otherwise
This app is not bad... It works but could use a little improvement in the size of the instructions for the first time user.
Why can t I get icon on my tablet screen? It's a kindle. It says installed but can't find icon anywhere. Looked at all my apps that are installed🤔
it's working good so far, thanks !! I used sd card to save footage. ones sd card fool the footage will overlape or i have tp formate it ? hopeing for your answer soon
Last update made app worse. View is small, even on full screen. Need to fix this.
Easy to setup and basic good features.
App always closes when attempting to view any Camera. Used to work well, but now useless.
Works very well. I subscribe for the cloud storage and it all works great.
Good quality only problem is lack of zooming in as its picking up cars but not people
I love this item and actually going to buy 2 more also very easy to hook up and use , awesome app
When I try to look up videos from over night the camera disconnect every time I don't want to use the cloud and should be able to watch video's anytime without the cloud. And I got up this morning and my camera was showing video upside down and the camera never even moved in same spot where it was put. But yet the video was upside down. That was Weird . I wished I went this wifi camera and not cloud camera but I go love the cats eye view. And I did put a SD card in so I don't have the cloud .
