I've been using this app for a year now and it works fine for me. I ended up hardwiring my "wireless" cameras and have had very few issues. The only gripe I have with the app is every now and then it will go offline for a few minutes and the come back on. Additionally, the screen will freeze from time to time and I have to reboot it. Otherwise it is functional. If they fix these issues, I would appreciate it
Not a happy camper. The app title page frozen on Galaxy Note 9. Reinstalled 33 times. Tried everything the internet Gods had to offer to no avail. The app used to work just fine a year ago. Works fine on iPhone and laptop with Windows 10. What gives!?! Any thoughts or recommendations would be most appreciated. HELP!
The latest version of app now no longer allows viewing of replayed camera video from anything other than the first Camera source selected on opening the app. Any subsequent replayed videos are shown in the timeline marker view at the bottom of the screen, but the recorded videos themselves are not displayed, only the current live camera feed. Previously worked fine, hopefully this will be fixed soon, as the app has otherwise been continually improving over the past 18 months.
Stopped working now what is going on won't connect to my hub
The app is ok but there a big bug that if you put in special characters for the login to your DVR the characters won't take. Using $ or @ or & all won't allow a login. The DVR I am using login is fine with the special characters. so if you have your DVR password with any of those special characters, you cannot use this iSmKit app to view cameras.
App is really poor in performance, continually freezing or taking ages to do anything. Currently extremely poor remote playback. One camera has lost sync with NVR terminal twice so far. Mixed. The App concept and layout is good but actual performance is highly variable. Live viewing is generally ok but playback may or, more likely, may not respond. The absence of a clear set of instructions is frustrating.
Watched my wife pull into garage. Finally showed up on video 1 minute later. I need real time video. 1 minute later doesn't help me. App could do a lot better. Give us same options as NVR has. If I can change camera settings and NVR settings via the app, that would be great.
App is okayish, sometimes doesn't load all the cameras and I need to restart the app, and I NEVER get any notifications, everything is set right on my phone with regards to the settings notifications/battery optimisation, but nothing, it works fine on my iPhone though!
It works great, the only drawback is the audio is low quality, but the video is great. It has an option to not pop-up alarms, which is great because before I knew that, I kept getting pop-ups with alarms.
it worked for a while but now it auto logged me off and keeps saying I'm inputting the wrong password. I've reset my password 7 times and it still says they are incorrect. I put my old password in and it worked however it reset my account losing access to the cameras while out of state.
I have TonTon cameras. ismKit sometimes won't connect or is slow to connect. Talk feature is junk - uses walkie talkie push to talk functionality. Any ismKit version above 3.3.23 will not work - app will state "battery does not work" and not connect.
Very happy with the app. Does everything I want it to do. Connects to the hardware perfectly. I am using it for my outdoor and indoor cameras. I can even share with friends and family.
Decent app lacking in what it should do. Alerts rarely ever work and playback takes an age to load and sometimes does not work at all. Please try and fix these issues.
It doesn't even send the code to confirm the phone. I am having problem with registering in app. My username or password is always wrong but it works directly on the sistem.
Very poor app especially if you need to reset your password or username camera system OK app is rubishhi just to update on this so called app for the last 3 to 4 weeks I've persistently redid this app if you wan't trouble free this is not the app Trousers I'll give it minus 10 fed up trying to install it bye
Locally the cctv is great but I cannot connect remotely. The 'help' section doesn't make sense. Emailed developer, waiting on response.
Remote view via Android phone is not possible via 4G only seems to work if the phone if on wifi. Pretty useless really.
Doesn't do anything at all is a total waste 😠and what it cost to get this security system can't even talk to them on issues on the camera I have called I have left emailsand no call backs don't waste your money on this system
Keeps loading up, then connecting with device then goes to my phone home screen...infuriating..needs fixing!!

Not that impressed, anyone know how to change the time on the app, done it on the nvr but it doesn't go through to the app
Online playback doesn't work properly with the latest version.
Sometimes it doesn't load, but I still love that you can see your property with cameras.
it always say "battery has run out" and it does not work

Wont install app, just says pending for last 8 hours. Galaxy S7. Finally installed after 12 hours. Now it wants a friggen cloud ID. Seriously, how hard is it to put in instructions to look in the "Network settings" to find cloud ID. Try to bind email is a joke..gawd I hope the system doesnt give me issues. Did an update to my PC app. Now both PC and phone apps porked.
