Very finicky. Could be convenient but simply doesn't work on multiple phones. I think it may be something to do with the "level" of bluetooth you have.
Hate this app. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Everyone in the building has complaints about it. Also those using Apple devices say it occasionally opens up iPay when opening doors
The system just doesnt want to work properly for my business building. Tried on several phones to receive access and it still has an issue.
did work at first, slowly. now it doesn't work at all. overall not impressed with the app nor the isonas hardware.
This app is not detecting my Bluetooth even it is turned on. I have reinstall the app and even reboot my phone.
My android has to have location on to work at my job entry. Other androids-exact same model- do not. And of course iphones have no problem at all.
For work, anytime the internet drops, they have to reestablish access... very frustrating.

Use it for work and it works great

There is sometimes a delay when attempting to send credentials, application needs to give more tactile feedback when the application is truly ready to send the credentials
Refuses to work on my HTC One E8. Worked one time and never again.
This app just does not want to work I have to try it so many times just to get it to work
Simple app that does a simple job well
This is the most frustrating app I have ever encountered... My workplace uses Isonas for granting entry, and the app lets me in the building without issue maybe 20% of the time. The other times, it encounters an error, won't connect, or requires my Android phone to be literally right up against the receiver despite "long distance" Bluetooth being turned on (meanwhile my iPhone coworkers don't have to be close at all). I wish there was support for or continual improvement of this application.
