iSPARKLE LIGHT

A little frustrating having to access the app every time you switch the lights on in order to stop them constantly running through all the sequences they are capable off. The twinkle mode is not exactly twinkle, as all that happens is all the lights flash on and off simultaneously. Apart from those minor issues, I am very pleased with them. I love the flexibility of being able to change from warm white lights to colours and being able to alter the brightness.

Convenient and decent amount of options. But sometimes it takes 5 tries just to have the Bluetooth connect (especially if you have more than one strand). When you first plug the lights in, it flashes (bad for epileptics), and the only way to stop it is with the app or unplugging it. Shame that it doesn't either just stay steady or just not turn on until you activate it in the app. Music feature is bs. Barely flashes with the pre-installed music, and no copyrited music allowed.

lights are good quality and connection to phone was easy.(s7 edge) It would get more stars if the flashing and twinkle timer was adjustable, as there is little difference between "twinkle" and "flashing". After a few days i noticed that when using "voice" the lights just froze , whether this was just a hiccup or a regular occurrence only time will tell, (maybe they just couldnt put up with any more xmas songs!!)

Edit : please update app to include a wider range of options including a gentle sparkle. The good thing is that you can have white or coloured lights. Whilst there are a variety of strobe functions they are too over the top for our comfort... Our previous, less technological set of lights had far better options. The sound/music elements are quirky but in reality never used...

I bought some led multi colour lights last week and have found it to be a lot of fun. The app can be a bit slow in registering the lights even when right next to its control box but otherwise have found the reliability of the lights and app to be excellent. I do wish that there was more adjustability avaliable. Its great having the preset feature light flashing and fading but would cool to even just be able to adjust the timing of these. Best would be able to program your own sequence completely

The app is very focused on the audio/music syncing of the lights which doesn't look that great and isn't useful for anything but the novelty of it. I was REALLY hoping it was possible to change the brightness of or turn off different colours individually. The "tinkling" is also not tinkling as they all pulse at the same time instead of staggered in a tinkling manner. The audio features could be better used for voice activation or slowly getting brighter based on average noise. Improve this.

The actual app is a good base. I would suggest to add some new controls on effects, like fading speed. Flashing and strobing cannot be set up according to their speed, obtaining a disco club effect that is too much. Apart from that I repeat: the base is really good so please go on in developing ;-)

Easy to set up. Can't modify the strobe or light change transition times, and they're very quick, so just end up using these on steady white lights. Also, doesn't remember your settings, so have to redo each time. Would rate higher if there were settings to slow these bad boys down.

Love the lights and that I can control them through this app, only little niggle is I wish you could adjust the speed of the fading in and out to make it slower but other than that, they're brilliant, great addition to my Christmas decorations :) especially when it's party time and the lights "dance" along to the music!

Nice product. Would be nice if can set the default when 1st turning it on, to just a standard white light, not changing flashes etc..takes time to get to app to set to desired setting, while hurting eyes with the flash flash fade default mode. No setting to change this. Also the dimmest lowest % below 10% just turns off. Other than that, love the lights and app.

It's a great idea but I've found that after setting a schedule for the lights, if I completely close out of the app, the schedule has been removed. I would also love to see a much slower fade effect as they are too quick for subtle effects

These lights are 'ok'. They do work as described. Connection was easy. However, range of connection is painfull at times. Be nice to be able to control rate of flash in the appropriate mode. Way to fast. Lastly, abit finicky adjust/changes modes or turn off and on. Do work, just need have a few goes.

Easy to use app that allows you to control the lights on my tree. I like to be able to easily switch between white and multi coloured, schedule switching on and off, and dimming the lights.

It would be nice to be able to more quickly access the light settings if you only have 1 device connected. Also should be able to reprogram the default light setting so when the lights are switched off or unplugged they don't go back to demo mode.

Very solid companion App for our holiday twinkle lights. Connection via bluetooth is solid (just needs about 30 secs to find the lights). Great control over colour & brightness although the flashing & alternating light modes are all a bit intense. Would love the option for a slow fade or calm twinkling effect. Great value overall!

Waste of time and money, app won't install on my Android phone. Install has been "pending" for hours. I've had to verify via Google several times but still doesn't install. Went from fun to frustrating real fast. Will be returning to the store and requesting a refund. Android version 8.0.0 on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. After 14 hrs pending the download started only to stall at 42% and freeze the device. After a restart it's pending again. 18 hours since I started. It's installed and working.

Completely fails to find the lights it's supposed to be connecting to. Annoyingly, it wants full screen mode. And I really can't think of a good reason why lights need access to my contacts and photos.

300 lights set & this app both garbage. Lights couldn't twinkle, sequence, chase, do patterns, change colors as described. All settings were just timing variations of all the lights flashing on & off together. Very disappointed, returned product for refund.

I have buy this great Xmas tree lights and I had first some issues with the connection with some android phones but after contacting support true the website in the weekend I was surprised that a hour later I got already a reply back and after a few conversations they told me that on Monday he would come back after talking with the tech people and they come with a solution that fixed the issues that i had. So they have a great after sale. Very please with the support and they great xmas lights. Regards ysco..

The only real drawback to this product is its default setting to go full seizure mode when the power is switched off and on again at the point. Midnight power failures have become an interesting way to wake up

I think it is good overall but I don't like that my lights originally go to the 'random' effect, as it just means I have strobing lights in my room. I wish it goes to the 'still' light effect when you turn it on.

Works great in static mode and being able to dim the brightness. Twinkly mode doesn't seem any different to flashing/strobing modes. 24/12/18 still waiting on twinkly mode To work better Bluetooth occasionally doesn't connect

Its great.. I love how I can turn them on and off and change the settings, colours everything on my phone. Great app. Haven't quite mastered the timer yet. But all in all its fab.

Love the lights, but the app is frustrating and often needs to be closed down and restarted before it will work. The timer option works well though.

Not as good as Id hoped it would be. Poor amount of combinations, cant really use the timer or majority of the functions as the light dont remain paired to phone. Hoping to return after Christmas.

Could do with more functionality. Twinkling definateky dosent twinkle more just flashing! A speed bar would be a good improvement. Also found that the dimmer only really does 100% 50% or off

Customer service or support via website is not available neither is option to register on their site, can not play music on app as when I load music section of the app the whole app freezes so right now I am not entirely impressed with this service after only buying lights 3 days ago.

Useless. Can't connect with Google Pixel Android, but works with wife's iPhone. Update 13th December, app has been updated. Still doesn't connect with any Android devices. Still useless
