You should improve the speed. Pls allow more functions on mobile apps such as stop lost sell etc. Pls fix the bugs of the Previous View function, it always stuck and cannot exit or have to do many attempts to exit. The text and background display color are poorly choose, its difficult to see the text.
In the watchlist, the price change and % change when it's green (positive change) is difficult on the eyes. Should NOT use white text in a light colour background. Low contrast between those 2 colours makes it difficult for us to see the numbers. Secondly, the bug still remains when viewing the charts. When you move to see historical prices, the chart automatically moves back to the current date after a second or two. This is not my phone issue other's with different phones experience the same.
Total market value under portfolio is wrong after update... no issue in IOS version, obviously is a bug in Android version, pls fix it... fixed, thanks.
After latest update recently on 13th April 2021, apps became very laggy, very slow, unresponsive.. on android (pocophone F1) Update as of 25th May 2022: all ok, smooth, on Poco F3.
Lowest comm in the market, clear info in browser version. But the apps is insanely trash, cant believe it's an trading apps. Probably outsourced proj
Can someone please do something to ensure its stability of this app? It takes me forever to execute any action or even viewing.
The new version is messed. Too many colour and it is very distracting. Prefer the older version which is clean and more tidy up.
My experience with this app so far has been nothing but bad. From the start (early August 2020) until now. Even trying to deposit money to trade is an ordeal with the 'tac' screen disappearing when you switch tabs to get the number. If you're looking for a way to STRESS yourself out then this is the perfect app.
1. Overall very poor app. 2. Slow and crashes very often. Especially in the morning were you want to place orders. This has directly incurred losses to me. 3. The charts and data are inaccurate. 4. Been using this for more than a year. I was hoping things will improve, unfortunately just got worse.
Have been using this app for 8 months. Even then the app has been lagging, regardless on data or wifi. Currently with the increase of Rakutraders, I guess the server is overloaded, causing increase in lag time and error in placing and executing orders. Missed a few trading opportunities last week. Hope the issue can be solved for better user experience. Thank you, IT team.
Withdrawn money but it went missing instead, have not receive it, withdrawn on 30th April, and it's been 1 working day already.
It’s pretty much cover all the basic need for a stock trading apps. However the biggest disappointment is 1 1/2 year after they launched the apps, it's still ULTRA-slowed under circular data connection. It only worked smooth under WIFI and under certain circumstance I have no choice but to turned on hotspot sharing from other phone just for me to become a WIFI-connected device for smooth experience!
It's very user friendly and easy to navigate. But when it comes to peak hours, OMG! This app always crashed! Never fail to hang especially during critical moments ! Sometimes you can't even log into the app for 1-2 hours and caused you unnecessary losses/missed opportunities!
Dear developer, the app is very slow for the price updates and tends to hang. Please improve.
Unable to look for stock with less than 3 ticker symbols in the app and web; unlike in other platforms, hope it will be fixed soon
Can the buy sell button make it small and lets the 5 market depths able to view in a glance without need to scroll up and down? Thanks

Worst app, need 3 min to download buying and selling price. Sure make loss using this apps, better use website

The new update made it worse!! White text on green background?? Really need strain to see the text for 60 year old like me!! Can you get a UX/UI designer and improve the current ancient user interface and painful user experience please!! Same for the website!!
Since the latest update, the apps has become very slow, everything takes time to load, less responsive even though im using hi speed internet connection/wifi.
Unreliable, cant even login during peak time, always lost my que and money. NOTTTT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, they should just closed shop already!!!! **Now after update can't even log in!!!
Slow. Hard to see. Insufficient info. Useless graphs. Not user friendly. Inaccurate timing and pricing. And just bad, overall. Would give half star if got option. And now keep saying new update available. And keep asking do you want to download, but not downloading anything and cannot open the app. How am i supposed to trade the stocks i have inside???🤔😒😖
Too stupid design!! The sell and buy order page are too similar, accidently sell my share and there is no way to cancel it!!! When i want to buy, i have to wait whole day to match, when i sell, it is immediately!! Now looking for other apps!!
Designers didn't put much thought into the design. The price change color made it so difficult for the eyes to see the actual change
Why update so frequently? I understand update is for better using experience. But if it's good enough?

Don't like new update so colourful. I prefer old design like simple and no colourful. Who programmer design this apps, so colourful background....
[ New issue: updated the app as prompted, but cannot log in after the update (keeps asking me to update the app) ] UI UX needs major improvements. (1) Hard to check details of pending orders (2) Hard to get to the home screen because you need to clear (click "back") the notifications before reaching Home. (3) The process of adding stocks to watchlist is not very intuitive, but not too bad compared to other problems.
