Dissapointed I paid for this software. It works well kn the serverside but mobile view and playback is terrible. The app is just a frame for the website that does not perform well at all. No fullscreen video, buggy interface. Will be requesting a refund

paid $7.95 . needed cell phone access. was fine till I left the house then no access. useless. now.... onto my computer. day one: Video alerts sent to my email which was great. Day 2: Snapshot pics . Day 3: nothing. This whole system needs an overhaul. There are better apps/software out there.

agree with others. app has been abandoned. no update in many years. settings cant be saved or even accessed on app anymore. sad....it used to be a great app. dont waste your money buying a membership since you wont get any extra service from it anymore.

Looks and works great for a wile, but free account is only trial account . I have no real need to pay them for me to use only on my local lan/wifi. After trial time is up then I can't even open app to view my own front door camera unless I pay for upgrade?

The Agent service is flawless. So smooth and no delay. Use it instead of the program. You need to have. NET Framework 4.7.2. 4.8 installed easier. Very impressed with the Agent.

App is abandoned, bad UI and UX. Settings won't save. How could you want to charge $8 a month for such poor service.

The only thing that seems to work is the ads! I log in and can see the camera names but can't get any video our snap shots.

I sent an email over 5 days ago for help on how to connect my xfinuty cameras to this ispy connect.and still have not gotten any feedback. if i could rate negative stars. it would be -5.

Absolutely bloody rubbish!! This is the most user unfriendly app couldn't even get to load. Cam within the first 10 minutes ispy has fallen down the toilet in my opinion!

Nice app, works fine in LAN. But I can't log out to change user\srv from the phone. Help!

Can not even login. After setting up account unable to login. Every time I receive "Login Failed".

App wont download correct video to phone, recorded video is not displayed by app.

Used to allow usage with out creating accounts now front end so annoying better to get other camera software since hundreds of choices.

The Settings button appears to do nothing. Outside of the app, I cannot see the need to have to go to the website to view cameras. I know why you have done it obviously. It is to make it possible to charge people for a subscription to access their cameras remotely. You should have just charged for the Windows client instead.

Works period. Now I can see all activities within my home that has either a cam on their PC/laptop or my IP cam setup in my living room. Only comment is that instructions are not indicated correctly for the average user to follow. Need to revise the instructions like 40% of it. Overall it works as it should.

This app has been abandoned by the developer as it has not been updated since 2012. And it's not really an app - it's a browser built to show the mobile version of their website. The laziest app there is. It's slow and the number of steps to see video is overly complex. You must subscribe to their service to see video with the "app". The video quality is very poor compared to other services. It's an expensive service for such a terrible mobile app.

Seems to require a wifi connection to work properly on a strong data connection. it won't load ispy clips. Plus clicking on 'settings' does nothing . needs ability to connect to a free DNS. So much potential but this app is weak . Even dumber is actually going to the website to access your account and your clips still don't show. But go home to your wifi network and all works fine

I just setup iSpy this weekend and for a free app, the entire package works very well, far better and with more features than I have found in other free apps. The only thing that I didn't notice until I had gone on vacation is you need a pay account to access the camera outside of your network so installing this app w/o paying is pointless.
