My department just started using the app. We all love it. I personally have an android, and have not had any problems. Its amazing how long dispatch can hold onto a call before sending it out. Being able to read CAD details is also very helpful. Then just a push on the address brings up maps. My only suggestion is being able to select various alert tones. Maybe there is and I just don't know how to change it. Good job guys! Hope you profit well from this, you deserve it!
It's super simple to change call tones. I'm not sure why people have a hard time. Just make sure ALL YOUR DIFFRENT VOLUMES ARE UP! You can not have just your ringtone volume on, it has to be NOTIFICATION vol. One thing I would like to see is the map to load faster. Also if you scroll through the list of completed calls, click one and go back to the list, it most of the time puts you to the bottom. It should at the least out you at the top, but it needs to keep you where you were at on that list.
The default map is garbage. And it does not allow you to customize the notification sound, when I go into options to change it, I tap on sounds, and it just says "sound management to your device app settings" and takes me to another screen in my phones settings that doesn't let me change anything.
It's a great idea, but it's not alerting me with sound. I have my volume up and it's not muted. I have a sound selected in the app, but I get nothing when a call comes in. Today I happened to notice we got a call THREE HOURS AGO!!! How is that helpful? Got a second call tonight. I was holding my phone and saw the call, but no sound.
Need ability to override do not disturb, without it notifications are unreliable and easily missed. I've emailed the developer requesting the gesture, and once it is implemented the app will be 5 starts!
Gets the job done, but often time clunky. I'd like to ask the developers for a widget option for the home screen of my phone. An overall UI facelift is needed aswell. Thank you.
i have an android phone, an LGG6. up untill last week it worked great. now it is not alerting me. the volume for calls/notification seem to be going off my media volume and if that isnt up it doesnt go off. please if you could find a solution i would greatly appreciate it. i missed a call cuz i was relying on ispy. please help
My audible notification for calls is not working either. App has been slow to refresh and does not show critical information in a timely manner.

Great app, but would to be able to change the tone on my Samsung phone, and not just have a single generic tone.

hello I was wondering why ispy isn't notifying me of a call but I'f I open the app it will show the call but dosent sound alerting me of the call I live in Brewster wa it used to work but now our department dosent get the sound notification and all the settings are set right in the app thanks
Rediculous that you can't change notification sound if you don't have an i phone!
Great for informations but about 7months ago it stopped making sound for calls.
Keeps me updated and alert more so than my actual figherfighter pager

Five stars. The most useful app on emergency responder's phones. Keeps data secure and provides call information from dispatchers, info on victim or patient status, units dispatched, and cuts response time with the map support. The programming team is.responsive to input on new features. The new notification options are excellent.

An amazing app for fire and aid calls too much great things to add about it
Mobile fire/ems dispatching has evolved from plain text messages, to alerting apps like FireAlert, to response registers such as Active911.... I've tried them all. Ispyfire is a game changer. It's like having a MDT with me all the time. It has all the regular response features, plus live CAD updates. It organizes and displays calls from multiple agencies agencies, so I know what's going on in neighboring areas when I get sent out at 0300. Mapping works great, and can instantly switch to native maps for GPS directions and other features. Ispyfire also has a cool web console. This app is great now and will only get better.
Every update they seem to make something I didn't even know I needed available. I couldn't imagine responding without ispy. It really helps to cut response times and to prepare me for what i am about to find on scene.
Tells me what I need to know, maps to incident locations. Great app.
They changed the maps from Google to map quest the zoom is bad and a poor quality map
Recommend this app to any firefighters, easy to use and understand and accurate
The audible notifications stopped working. I don't know if it has something to do with getting a new phone but they just stopped. Please advise. App was/is great other than this issue.
