Companies' apps are created to simplify the use of their services. But this app is an exception. All I want from your app is comfortable paying for the bills. But when I choose an appropriate option in the menu for payments, and when I fill all the data in appropriate bars (and only after that), your app tells me that I should go to your site. And the link you provide even doesn't active. So, why didn't you tell me that in advance that this menu item is useless? It is literally stealing my time.

Useless. You want to report the meter reading to the company. It asks you for a few items to identify. So far it looks OK. When you switch to another app to grab the 2nd piece of information, it resets all fields to blank. Really "smart". Uninstalling

Unable to pay bills The main use of this app formost wouldbetopaythebills, however, for several months now it isno longer possible. Reporting of the issue by phone to the company had been useless, as no progresswas made. Had to remove it.

Login with email/password doesn't work. Kill this app and just redirect to web version. Web version is much better.

Very simple and easy to use . Everything is clear . Makes paying the bills a one minute ordeal .

It is impossible to find a code after accidental closing of application, chat shuts down after switch between applications

I only used it to report problem and it immediately wrote that it is being handled and when they expect it to be fixed. I don't know why so many rated it as useless.

Since last update I can't pay with my credit card, it worked fine with previous version, now it's "פרטי כרטיס האשראי לא תקינים''

שום דבר לא עובד, כצפוי במדינת ישראל. Completely and utterly useless as is to be expected in this country.

Useless, just works for one side interests - IEC. Not for clients.

the app is only a Hebrew which is a significant setback. Furthermore payments of bills requires to have an Israeli ID which for forinners means that you can't actually pay anything through online means of payment.
