I love the app but my compass will not rotate like others have shown me on theirs.
This app was good YEARS AGO. Now it just fustrates me. The gyroscope is inaccurate. It spins around like a clock (even when you don't move). Satellites never appear when or where displayed. It was simple and accurate years ago. I stopped using it, but recently purchased it for my new android s10e totally inaccurate and a waist of time.
Functionally rich application, very well designed and nicely usable. Support has always been very responsive. Used for many years and there are often still improvements and extra functionality being added. Five stars.
Try to update my previous message regarding app crashes. Apparently the developer created a fix today for the issue. I have downloaded and installed the fix and the application is working perfectly, exactly as I would expect. Well worth the price.
The app provides incorrext times and information. It provides viewing data that doesn't match NASA's own spotthestation.gov website. The interface is really nice, but since it offers incorrect information, I do not recommend it.
Exceptional! I found the app to be accurate an a joy to use with no bugs.
App use to be great but in the last several months I've had many problems with it. Could be on my end but I've checked everything and I don't see where there's a problem and all my suggestions that I get back from an email for a fix, I already know.
It would be cool if you had a "pull to refresh" functionality when it's displaying the list of upcoming passes, and please make sure the horizontal orange progress bar animates while it is refreshing :)
It works very well and has been spot on, to the second for viewing the ISS - well cloud permitting LOL. Not tried the app for the Chinese one yet though.
Doesn't beep when phone is locked. Would be neat to be able to change the alarm tone and the time when it signals. The preset 5 minutes is a bit too short for me to get to my vantage point. Also wondering, does it not do the count down beeps when it's cloudy?
Brilliant app I have managed to transmit through the iss and Oscar satellites with ease now I have this to tell we where each sat is and it's path. Lovely and stable on android phone and Intel tablet. Worth every penny! I now recommend this to my students.
Crashes as soon as you click on a listing. Got an update from the developer, it's an issue with Google maps, not this app. Phew! I love this app!
Love this. Works great.
Works perfectly on my android phone , but It Wont Work at all on my tablet ...even with the pro version It won't work on the tablet so I got a refund.
Not many apps on my phone, but this one is always on board.. so that says something ! Excellent interface and always accurate.
Terrible keeps crashing when you click a satellite with a report that ISS Detector Pro keeps stopping. I KNOW THAT!
The Radar is not responding or not moving whenever I rotate the phone. the elevation bar did not appear on screen even though it was selected at the setting.
Amazing and reliable app, gives you accurate information on many objects. When I bought it I knew it would help me find the ISS, but after 3 days of having this, I have already seen the ISS twice, an Iriduim flare, and I also saw Uranus through my telescope.
I'm a life long sky gazer and this app is my baby. It allows ample a warning and accurately guides you to the target. If you can't gaze into the heavens with your significant other, this is the next best thing. Doesn't get more geeky than that :)
Working great on an updated Samsung S8! Support also cannot be faulted. The team replied to my issue in hours and have surpassed my expectations. Thank you!
Amazing. Have been listening to the Ham Radio repeater on board the ISS at 437.8 (+/- around .01 MHz for doppler) when the app shows a fly by. Starlink, comets, planets... Any stargazer is sure to live this!
This app just enabled me to see the ISS being chased by Endeavor (Crew Dragon). Radar view, while slightly confusing at first, is absolutely brilliant.
Overall very good. Would like to see time and heading of max elevation for satellite passes.
Famtastic app. A must for anyone interested in the moving objects above us. The pro version let's you know about comets ,planets ,and more !
This app really encourages us to get outside and look UP! Because of it I've gotten to see some amazing things that I would have missed otherwise. Thanks, dev!!
Please incorporate a button to slide the intensity of red in dark mode down a few levels. Dark mode is too dark, right out of the box.
This app has been critical to me in the process of learning to use satellites for amateur radio. Not just the ISS! Absolutely worth the "pro" version purchase, and then some! One feature I'd like to see added: filter based on max elevation for an approach. I live between 2 hills. Frequent passes of 5 about degrees aren't viable for me. So for example, I'd like to be able to filter for passes greater than 25 degrees elevation. Great app!! Thanks!
