Very 😎cool, receive alerts when ISS is passing over and look to see it. I have seen twice. It was awesome! Just imagine how fast it is going and how far away it is. It circles the world @16 times per day...the ISS sees the sunrise and sunset all throughout the day and night... there are also other features like chat box, videos, HD and SD cameras. It's good!
This app is pretty amazing. I used it during the last round of North America's wildfires... the ability to clearly and easily see the spread of the smoke was amazing (well, as amazing as something so awful can be to observe). During better times it's relaxing and beautiful to watch the world go by, literally.
Absolutely recommend this app to anyone interested in space. Watching the crews, or launches, or even the view of earth looking down from the station. It really puts things into perspective. You can really learn a lot from all the people that make this possible. The crew is more than the people on the ISS or at mission control. It's the scientists, mathematicians, engineers, and so many others all working to keep the missions going, and our understanding of our place in the universe growing.
I love learning about and watching the ISS! I wish the altitude and speed measurements weren't in metric! You should add the ability to convert to Imperial. The improvements to the app since I last watched are awesome! When did the EHDC come online? It is a thing of beauty. Thank you to the app Devs and all the brilliant, brave people who make the ISS possible.
I just downloaded this yesterday so i am not 100% about the 5 star rating but from what i have seen so far, this app is pretty cool, i like the live view of our earth, it it's pretty amazing, I've used google earth on occasion in the past just to check out "my area" from the google earth's perspective & alls i got was a view from like the previous summer if not 2 summer's b4, so to be able to open up an app & get a live view of earth in real time is pretty cool i think.
Beyond AMAZING! I just downloaded 2 of the ISS apps and I'm already hooked on this one. I'm just blown away when I saw the altitude but most blown away by its speed - 17,000 + mph that was the speed of the Space Shuttle programs as it launched. Much appreciated NASA and those aboard the ISS.
My wonders, what a spectacular investment! By the return of the smartphone tech happens to send it true. World news is better for oneself these days. I follow just fine. All of the sensory reflection was in concert unto interpretation. That's why I trust it, but think that because of people chatting on it causes me to...
I use it for years. Earlier i was always looking for more, but in time i accepted what the app has to give, at it's not little. So now i am ok with it. Look, if you want more, you gotta research and you do the work a bit, that's it. And this is for NASA: if there's an open spot for something, i would very much love to work for your institution. That's all folks.
It is awesome. It is simple and easy to use. On of the coolest features in my opinion is the fact that it shows where it's night and where it's day. It also tells you presise times on when the sun will rise and when it will set. It's really relaxing to each if I'm being honest. 10/10 highly recommended.
This app is just awesome! To be able to see the earth from space is amazing. My daughter loves to see where the ISS is in the world and then be able to see what astronauts see brings the biggest smile to her face! I'd recommend this app to anyone as they always have something cool to see, whether it be views of earth or what the astronauts themselves may be up to!
Nice contwnt... but the live feed view of Earth seems to be down a little too much... Edit... much upgraded and really cool. Great view thanks. From a handling point of view... Great app, but it needs existing skill and EXPERIENCE on the equipment and software.
Watching views of the earth from the "Camera HD" on the "International Space Station" (resolution 720 p). One orbit is ~ 90 min, so even if it is dark/night when you happen to open the app, there will be something to watch in ~ 45 min latest. Discovered "ISS Live Now" during first Covid-19 lockdown, and having great fun.
So wonderful! What a treat this app is. It's pretty user friendly and full of features. So far it hadn't glitched, paused, or slowed down my Android phone at all. Highly recommend!
I just got the notification that the ISS was about to fly over me. and the skeptical person I am I went outside to look thinking I'm not going to see anything. I wasn't quite sure how to use this little compass thing but I kind of figured it out really quick right and I saw the international space station fly over top of me that was so amazing I love this app everybody should get it!
This is the best app ever made. Thank you the distribution of ISS. I honestly enjoy the color of the sky that's best and genuinely thank you for this contribution to the Internet. Play store has a special way of viewing the enlightened experience. The app is extremely fast and easy to enjoy. I have found things I enjoy outside of my regular spending and appreciate Google as a whole at this home.
No elevations shown on 'Passes' list, unnecessary animation on visibility graph forces you to scroll slowly. App is difficult to navigate and is becoming flooded with ads and other unnecessary info...finding the pass info has become a secondary priority for the devs...
It's the best app to watch both space station they are right on it where it tells me to point my phone is exactly where space station is and going to be...I absolutely love it and the ads are not a problem doesn't interfere when watching.
Its amazing to see the earth live. I have a lot of interest in astro physics and just few suggestions: If we can cover moon that will be really great. Also with the night footage i had few questions, so introduction to a chatbot will be helpful which can adress the basic questions.
Totally love this app, I enjoy watching earth from outer space or through the skies. The view is beautiful and mesmerizing. Have a small issue though, often when there is about to be a sunset or sunrise and you waiting there to watch it as the clock is ticking 100% , the satellite loses signals or some technical issues lines up and then live footage resumes after 5 or so minutes. Would really appreciate if you can help fix that issue.
I've enjoyed this app. Never had any issues. Getting ready to share with my brother in law. Enjoy watching a launch then walking outside and catching it in the air. Have seen in the early morning. Saved a screen shot from the station looking down while the same time talking a picture of the station passing over head.
It's very cool to experience the space . I love thunderstorms events to. Storm chasing.i m hoping to see planets one day.Makes me humble what I can see few things with my binoculars it's not bad at all . I have video tapes about the Universe it's old documentarys. One thing for sure is that the Universe has changed over the last e0 or 40 year. We will always love ya work.😂🤩🤠🤠😘
I wrote a scathing review the other day because I was fed up with video presentations interrupting the external camera feed for sometimes 48 hrs at a time. Then I discovered I have the option of switching back to the live feed any time. Now I'm much happier with the app and I'll keep telling folks to check it out. Maybe should be more obvious that nobody is compelled to watch the video presentations if they'd rather see the view from orbit...
