Shows full screen ads in paid version. It always shows subscribe button, though I am subscriber for last many months. Recently loading of stories is slow and fails on good WiFi. Not many new stories for paid subscription. Sometimes story playback is stated when the loading Box is coming. I'd this doesnt changes, I'll cancel my subscription.
My son really likes listening to the stories, but the app keeps messing up! More than half the time the story doesn't even finish. It just cuts off... no more pages when you know there is more to the story! If this app would work properly, I would give it 5 stars.
First, ads for a children's app is a bad idea because my daughter, like most little ones, clicks on the app and ends up online looking at an ad. My bigger issue is the story has language that I don't allow my Grade 7 students to say in class and don't think should be in a story intended for young children. Call me a prude if you want but the word stupid should not be in a book for young children. Wouldn't recommend this app.
I will chgange this to 5 star when the app starts working again. Every since my phone updated to the latest version, the app does not work correctly. It repeats words from previous page and doesn't always flip through pages correctly. I have a Samsung galaxy S4. With Android version 5.0.1 I've been a subcriber for years but I'm going to cancel soon if this is not fixed. -- No update to fix issue since May 24th. Maybe I'll re-subcribe if the issue is fixed soon.
A very good app but a little buggy the letter in cynderal Spanish version does not show up correctly and not giving the price for removing adds is the reason I deducted a 🌟 it would be nice if it allowed you to remove a book from your library with out downloading it first. It is the only app I found that let you easly find and here books in Spanish. The only thing I found better then this app(that is if it worked for me) would have been books from wonderfullstorybooks but only there demo app work partially for me so far and only in English.
It was a great app, it has now decided not to work at all. Somebody needs to get this issue sorted as my 6 yr old son is having a meltdown.
My son is 6years old & he just absolutely LOVES this app. He does NOT enjoy his daily/average, HAVE to read out of a book type ordeal whatsoever, but that VERY MOMENT I introduced him to this app all he wants to do now is READ, READ, & READ. I freakin love it!! Thank you so much!!!
My 8 soon to be 9 loves it read books but wasn't interested in reading no more. Had another book app but she Didnt like it. But download this app and she likes it so far and im happy she likes and hopefully she use this app in the future
I am a little more than just the same time as well as the first time in the morning and then you will be able to get the best way. I have a good time.
The stories and app is great and the reading very wonderful, but it skips during the story play. I don't have any other apps running while a story is playing and I'm on high speed Internet. Every new screen story line starts out reading the previous screen then skips to the current screen?! Really annoying for my kid to peice together!
This app has a lot of really good books for children. My 4 year old likes to pick out his book and then I read it to him. I don't use the movie mode, but it is convenient.
As said by others, this app would be great if stories loaded completely. I spent a while downloading each story, looking forward to showing them to my daughter but many of them hadn't downloaded when I tried to open them and the ones that did open, didn't finish. Disappointed and doesn't inspire me to pay for full app.
The new update doesn't work well and doesn't download the stories completely. please fix it.
I love the story choices for the child I work with to read with him BUT when have to download each story only 1/3 to 1/2 of the story actually downloads and mades us both frustrated i had even un installed and reinstalled it and the same issues are reoccurring - very disappointed :(
I think this app is great by the looks of it but the books in my library section does not seem to load any thing and its looks blank. I need help to solve this issue.
FIRST IT'S REALLY LOUD!! (Then the next sentence is quieter than a whisper). THEN IT'S REALLY LOUD! This app has some serious sound issues.. And some of the stories sound like a robot is talking.. Some of the stories are OK I suppose.. But definitely not worth more than a star for my phone.
My daughter who is not proficient in english loves this application, as it helps her learn to read in her second language. Very happy with this application.
I storybook my kid loves it. There are a variety of books all kids will love it. It is tab compatible. As and when you want you can download the book which can be opened even by your kid.
Was planning on buying😳. Plez add more books.. And fix the bug

Used to work. From past 15 days does not load stories. It is waste of money. please fix it asap
I keep trying to add books to my library and it won't let me, although I'm following the instructions correctly. I hate to have paid my money for no reason.
I do this during Islamic learninig time and I lost my earphones so when they start talking I pretend I don't know what it is then my blood presher increases.
It ok, but why every time i come out of the app an reopen it i have to download the entire library over an download the stories evey single time its really frustrating ………kmt

There are no settings where I can cancel a subscription. I have cancelled the subscription through Google wallet so will I be still able to read the books I have downloaded in premium content? How do I get answers. Stories are quite good but I wish you made it simpler.
My son loves the books but I can't get the menu to pop up anymore to save new books to his library...smh
Once you install the app, it takes lot of time (even on a fast wifi network) to "download" story books. However, you realize later that books are not downloaded and it needs an "always on" connection to download the book (that also takes forever). My advice - never download this app (especially if you are using mobile data connection). It is designed just to fool people.
