IT-Enterprise.WMS

Appendix «IT-Enterprise.WMS» is intended to make the actual amounts in the inventory during the inventory.

Estimated business process using this application the following:
1. Standard means of "IT-Enterprise" is formed document "Inventory List"
2. Persons conducting an inventory, pass through the shop / warehouse with portable Android-devices, which are installed in the "IT-Enterprise.WMS".
This scans the barcode parties attached to balances and, if, necessary, clarifying the actual amounts.
As a result of this event in the document the inventory will be filled with the actual number.
3. The standard means of "IT-Enterprise" is formed document "Deviations inventory" and spreads in the files of inventories accounting.
 
The settings that are required to correct the application:
1. Identify the types of process inventory in the business object BO.DMT.SSWIP
2. Specify additional filter in the business object BR.MP.SFC.WMS.SSWIPAC (type of value to be "other")
This condition is necessary to enter the deviation of the absence of the document inventory, corresponding to document inventory
Documents in the closed period, are filtered automatically
3. To be able to work with a document inventory by conducting an inventory, must have access to the type of process, the subject and sender unit of the document
