Data mismatch errors over and over rob you of bonuses conveniently after you've watched their ads. Engineers are always working on a fix, but apparently the accountants are the only ones making progress. Regarding the request to email...I've done that - it's what prompted the comment about the engineers in the first place. It's a problem common to the app and users.

I don't know how to respond to a comment so I'll just write another review. I lost an entire level due to losing save after completing 9+ milestones. The game has registered that I've completed the individual milestones but hasn't added them to the level completion bar. I was playing that session for about 10 mins total so the 30 second server update solution seems wrong. Please solve this as it's made me no longer want to play the game. Reply to comment: Literally zero help. Fix your game.

It's fun, easy to catch on. Once you get the hang of switching between the main game and events, it's pretty addictive. It crashes pretty much constantly lately for me, though. Constantly freezing, the game won't load. I've missed out on all kinds of events, just because it's easier to walk away than to keep playing when it crashes. Would definitely raise my rating if the issues were resolved.

Edit from original review below: after the developers replied to wait 30 seconds before switching, I no longer have any glitches. It's good for passing the time. I like it! Fun but glitchy. Crashes often. Many times, I will automate a task or upgrade a card, exit the app or toggle between main/event just to return to it not having saved the changes I made. That's pretty annoying. I enjoy the game but the glitches are irritating.

I love the show, the cold open and theme are fantastic but with the latest weekly update the game the game constantly reloads and plays the theme at a very high irritating level(with sound and music turned off in settings). Every 10 minutes I have to turn my phone volume all the way down wait 60 seconds and turn back on so I can watch videos and what knot. Otherwise the game isn't a terrible waste of time.

It's a great game... But there are a few things I don't like. Choice characters aren't added to your collection (Anthony, princess Dee, etc.) but I'd like to see everyone I've collected down there. Another thing I don't like is that they try to sell you packs, and instead of having just a little pop-up window, it dominates the whole screen and takes you away from the game. Finally, I don't like that when I'm trying to upgrade MANY characters at once, it keeps pulling you back to the schemes menu

This games always been plagued with stability problems but now it's got so bad that it actually crashes my phone and I'm forced to reboot unless I can task switch and kill it fast enough. Dunno what non standard stuff the devs are doing but how about making it like most other games and have it work? It's a basic game, there's no reason for it to be hacky in implementation

I don't know why but it's a strangely addictive game but it has quite a few bugs. Constantly comes up with an "uh-oh" message which makes it impossible to advance...and when you're doing an event, not being able to do anything for a few hours can cost you in terms in leaderboard positions.

Have not been able to log in for over a week now. Attempted to contact support, but got zero response. Can access game now, but constant crashes and ads that don't give you rewards when finished (no x to close ads at end) make this game not much fun anymore. UPDATE: 2 weeks later, still can't even get the game to load. Have missed out on multiple event prizes. I have spent real money on this game, so very disappointing that I can not even access the game. Generic reaponse from dev, no fix avail

Game constantly crashes right before a new event starts. I'm constantly having to uninstall and reinstall just to get going again. Anybody else have this problem? Or is it just my phone?Update: new version of the game won't load last update and the main game keeps crashing. I've been playing this game for over a year now and wouldn't really hate to have to move on to a new game. I've even uninstalled and then reinstalled the game and it still will not work.

Certain things don't seem to register in-game, whether it be character upgrades, scheme upgrades or increasing number of customers. I find myself having to repeat the same actions nearly every time I go into the app because it hasn't registered the previous times

Waiting for my data to transfer over. Was 5 stars but at this point can't link accounts or nothing. I've been playing this since 2019. Have so much unlocked. Have switched devices and refuse to start over! Support team check it out please!

Up until last week I gave this game 5 stars but now it never gets past the loading screen. Uninstalled and re-installed, that didn't fix anything. Even prior to last week it was crashing a lot in-game. I have a Samsung S21+ phone. The game worked okay up until last week. Not sure what the issue is.

Game won't open. I get to the purple leaf screen the music plays and nothing. Updated in the PlayStore still no resolution to the issue. Also the same as many others have described you watch the ads for the bonuses and it freezes causing you to watch them twice for the same reward

When it works it's a very addictive game, however I haven't been able to play for 3 weeks now as the game won't load past 98%. Have been in touch with the help desk (and I bet when they automatically respond that will still be the first suggestion they make) and their fix makes the rest of the phone unstable. They obviously all need to be like Charlie on health inspection day and less like the rest of the team Just bloody issue an update!

Enjoy this game but there's constant issues with the game crashing or not loading. The recommendation is typically clear the cache or uninstall the reinstall the game. There's times, like now, where where you can't even access the game for hours.

Tried to play but it had a glitch in the tutorial sequence. I spent my cash just as a new tutorial objective was triggering and the only thing it will let you click is the purchase button on something I can't afford. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it saved my progress so I'm stuck

It's Always enjoyable in everywhere. It's an enjoyable animated version of the gang. The game is as enjoyable as always, just had a minor issue; I can't load back into it. I moved onto Lvl 4 of the event and now I am unable to return.

Was fun... Now I'm getting 30 to 50plus notifications an hour. I update a scheme and close the app and when I come back the scheme is back to where it was. Freezes frequently. Usually take more than watching one ad to get beer. Super glitchy!!!

Haven't been able to load past 98% for days. I swear, I've never had an app on my phone that has had as many consistent issues as this one does, it's almost comical how often something is wrong with it.

Doesn't seem to work with the most recent update. Only been playing for a month or so and loving the game, but with the most recent update my screen won't load or if the off chance it does it just freezes and I can't play. I've tried uninstalling and nothing seems to work. Real bummer missing out on events considering how far I've come.

I like this game and have been playing for years on my work breaks. However, I recently upgraded my phone and can't transfer my old account to my new phone because either the app won't load or won't connect to Google play. I can still play my original game on my old phone and tablet, but nothing on the new phone. Very frustrating.

Love the game. Is there any way to bypass the last goal to get to the next episode? I have plenty of beer to spend on cards. But it's useless when the cards available are all maxed out. The game is fun. Lots of hilarious side characters. BUT, every time there is any sort of phone update it takes me days or weeks to be able to load the game again. Update: still no fix. Uninstalled game, reinstalled game. No luck. Update 02/19/2022: game finally works again after no luck from the developers. I lost time and money from this glitch and received nothing. I want 1000 eggs for your issue costing me real money.

Can't back up progress and transfer to another device easily, can't turn off sounds/music, challenge tile and images are literally too big for the screen and overlap others hiding buttons.

I love this game, but it hasn't been working for me for the past few days, and reinstalling hasn't helped, and neither has emailing customer support. I use a Pixel 6, so maybe the app isn't very compatible with Android?

Game mostly worked great up until very recently. Now it won't even load. Developer's recommended fix? Do a whole process just to launch the game EVERY TIME. Really? All that? Just to launch your game? How about fix your app instead of leaving it up to players to have to utilize workarounds....

Goes through to loading screen and gets stuck on 98%. Closed the app and the music is still playing on my home screen. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and still come to the same problem.
