It Works! Wired

Scripts are there, they are awesome. However, it has a lot of glitches and doesn't update right away... not clear how some features work 😕 When shopping, the products cannot be viewed all at once and we have to keep going back to the menu, We have to guess the categories they are placed under and takes a long time. It can definitely use some upgrades. How about a search field to shop a specific product?

Im having trouble setting the follow ups in the app...I keep setting it for the times I want and it keeps setting it for today's date and time. I also added contacts, which disappeared so I had to re add people. Also, when I went to send a message, it wouldnt let me. Ive watched to how to video multiple times to ensure I was doing it correctly. The app has bugs and its making it very hard to use. Once fixed, Ill give a higher rating.

Love the app... only issue I have had, is for the last year everytime I set a follow up date. It inputs the current time as oppose to the time that I set it for. If I input a follow up, the day of, I have no issues with putting in the correct time. Very fustrating, and makes my follow ups that much harder. Please fix!!! HTZ BLAZE MAX (Android)

been having issues getting into the app for about a month. everytime I try to open it, it says to update and when I try that I get a screen that says it's not accessible. then I go into the play store to update it and says download pending for however so long, and it never updates. I made sure no other apps are updating at that time. so I uninstalled and am trying to reinstall now. still download pending. so frustrating. I just wanted to change my autoship before I was charged and it was sent out

the update did not go through properly. Mine (android) and my friend's (iPhone) still looks the same aside from getting training videos. Each time i open and have to sign back in it gets rid of all of my contacts or who ive messaged... its pointless to use at this point

The new app looks really nice but I would love to save the PDFS training material and other things so I see it in full view. I would to save it to my phone or iPad mini. I feel like I don't get the full view I want from the app it's self. I can't share the before & after picture's to my social media either.

I keep having to re download it but it wont open....and once it does down load it takes me back to the page that say it needs to be updated.....why am I paying for this if I can't use it? It has all my contacts info in it and I really like the scripts and follow up that they have send my lcs and dts. I'm lost without my connect app. When will this be fixed!???

Love the app, always easy for me... But one suggestion of improvement could be having the ability to pause and REWIND on videos! I love taking notes while watching videos, just wish it had this feature.

This app hardly works on my phone which is not that old. The up next just spins and so does the videos. I haven't been able to do any of my training or anything. It's very frustrating!!

Having trouble getting this app and the other app needed to download onto my phone. Been trying for three days and it always says waiting for download... I cleaned my memory in my phone and the caches thinking it would help, I even tried using different internet between my wifi and my mobile data. Still says waiting for download.. Not sure if this is a common occurrence or not, but uts quite aggravating.

Great to have more and more all in one app versus separate apps. Love having sample capabilities in this app! Unfortunately I am signed out all the time, even against settings to stay signed in, and miss notifications regularly because of this.

A pretty decent app for its intention. I look firward to seeing more on it. There is tons of building to create this a better tool for It Works! I am always available to add some ideas and possible content collab! I will give it a 3 stars for now, but will look forward to giving it a 5 when its more inclusive. I know this is pretty new to our business. Overall, awesome to have this tool. Thank you!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. It doesnt even let me get into it. Freezes up on how much additional money would you like to make? I logged on to it through my browser, but it keeps telling me in order to watch the training videos I have to use the app. I CAN'T! IT DOESNT WORK!

I have an android phone and it keeps telling me I need to update to 3.0 but it already is! I cannot access ANYTHING in this app at all. How am I supposed to use this if it won't work?! I haven't had this problem until now but I mean, come on y'all! Update: my app hasn't worked since the 3.0 update... I'm told to do everything through this app but I can't when it doesn't work..

In the next update I think you guys should make it to where you can import your Facebook contacts all at once instead of individually putting them in one by one. Otherwise great app!

Horrible update. I can't access anything. It keeps telling me to update after I already did. I don't like it. These videos aren't very helpful as the ones that were on esuite either. I think a little bit more time and effort needs to go into the app and website.

Waste of my life! I originally joined because I wanted to use the products without the price gouging. Your pyramid leader will tell you you're not doing enough if your not spending every sec adding people and sending the same message out. And even IF you make money theres no option to transfer to your bank or get a debit card. Even tried deleting and re-installing it several times.I wish i didnt wait to see if i could transfer money.

Works sometimes or 1/4 the time quickly an then loads slowly moving through the app to load up information. But need the app regardless. Just little minute thing other than that it's phenomenal!!!!

I'm having issues with the shopping cart links sending, and a lot of my followup reminder messages are empty? I don't get it and don't see how to update it if that's the issue? 🤷‍♀️ haaalp.

I have installed and uninstalled 6 times and each time i cant get pass the import screen. Not able to watch any training videos or do anything else. Please fix this issue, as i am a new distributor and need this app to work!

I love the app! However when trying to use connect on an andriod Samsung S8, it doesnt import csv files. I would like to upload my facebook friends list. Also not getting notifications from the app.

The app is okay, a lot of the options the iPhone has is not present on my Huawei. It makes it difficult to send links to customers. Other then that I am able to see the products and get a description of the product. I hope you'll make the app just as good on android like ios.

this app is the most amazing app ever! it helps keep you accountable and reminds you who to follow up with! It even helps with verbiage and has great training videos! thanks for keeping us on point!

Keeps shutting down every time I open it. Has to be reopened almost every time. And it never wants to perform correctly on important dates like 2-3 days before autoship. Half the time it won't open or has to close right away.

Can't get on the app even when I do the update. Even when I refresh my phone it still does not allow me to get on the app it just tells me I need to do an update 12-24-19 Still can't use my app don't know what's going on. If I'm paying for this then have it working!!!!!

i don't like the newest Update. I love the shopping list option, but you can only do certain products. Also, we can no longer shop, or add customers. Basically the office part is gone.
