Originally, I wanted to use this app to make phone calls with Wifi outside the cell phone service area. However, it often asks me to confirm the permission of use with the cell phone number and send me the verification code message before I can use it again. For example, when I go to Europe, I can't use the app without roaming on my phone. I have called them several times and asked them to confirm by email instead of phone number, but they didn't change.
1。Cannot send a new text message to China （no phone number input field, the input is for making voice call, not for texting)； 2。 Cannot receive any verification text message from any Chinese APP（any bank, e-bank, Wechat, QQ, Sina weibo, etc）; I have no luck for all APPs requiring a verification code. We can only receive messages from a Chinese cellular phone number. 3. Voice call under the WIFI in China has been very poor(chatty). Tried all possible WIFI connections.
The request for verification sucks. I wish you would use the same system that magicjack uses, which is simply using my email ID and password, plus providing a website for making changes to my account. The iTalkBB app should also offer to memorize the ID and password and let me choose to save info to make future login easier.
Hello app admin, i have been using the italkbb landlines service for many years. No issue. The apps sucks on Android. Calls got connected for 2 second then dropped off. This is especially annoying when we need to make urgent phone call when i am not at home. Need help solving this to make the app works. I am using Samsung S10 on android 10.
1. Very poor in signal when making calls from China to US and, frequent disconnection, which is very very annoying when I have to make an urgent call. 2. No messenge can be transferred from my US phone number to my China number. This makes it impossible for me to access online bank account when I am in China because the bank needs the security code that is sent to my US number before I can access my account. I accept the charged message transferred if there is such kind of feature.
Have been using this app to call oversea. Have been decent until recent years. Either no connection/no dial tones. If connected, poor sound quality. Random drop calls.
Error: incorrect code. I tried installing on both iPhone xr and Samsung s20, after verifying my cellphone number and logging in my italkbb acct, I get a success message that my cellphone is linked to my italkbb account, but when I click Start , I get : Incorrect code, and cannot proceed.
We have had our iTalkBB family plan for a long time since iTalkBB established. This is our best choice for our TV+phones. The two cards for US and China are convenient, while the international call through WiFi is a plus! I highly recommend iTalkBB for you. Ted
New version not working for hw mate9. Sound is very unclear for the receiver. Had to upgrade to 9.1 for better sound.
Hi, I tried to make a phone call to overseas. After I put my phone number and get the code. Then I get couldn't connect server problem. Please get it fixed. Thanks.
Good. Works where wifi or internet service is available and save mobil data for other use.

A recent update broke it. I recently made an international call and cost me big money. The app was set to use minutes call. The app supposedly should dial a American number through my mobile provider and then let iTalkBB handle the international call, but the app in stead directly dialed the entire international number through my mobile provide. It ended up I was charged by my mobile provide for internally call rate.
Worked great until my phone updated to latest version of Android. When I called iTalkBB customer service they said it was my phone.

Every week or so, it ask me to log in with a new verification code again and again, stupid app, I complain to the tech, and they don't know what I am talking about
