Absolutely rubbish. Installed app, plaid 1pln and no prices were shown.
Disappointed. Not a transparent fee structure - seemingly additional fees linked to the size of the car and luggage, which is very odd if you're taking the taxi from the airport. I would just use a different app/company and avoid the uncertainty.
Your app is poor compared to the users base. There is new bug after the ride is finished, ordering again takes the user the last ride screen and stays stuck on white screen. Only reinstalling helps. But. It happens again and again.
This is the worst application I've ever used. Its SMS verification system is massively delayed (30 minutes or more) and they dont use a modern mapping service. This app os garbage.
App ended my trip after 2 days of actual trip end time. I was not able book any other Cab during that duration since as per App, I am already on the trip. Neither option to download the invoice nor you can send to your personal mail id.
I am rather perplexed with this app. Why am I able to download the app and apply my Dutch phone number BUT when I travel to Poland, the taxi driver tells me that I need a Polish phone number. It's the first time using this app in Poland. I would expect the same service as UBER.
The worst taxi app I have ever used, it is even obvious in their replies to English speaking users where the app support responds in Polish!! I wanted to take a taxi and simply the taxi assigned to me refused to pick me up and cancelled the trip! Uninstalled this app and dont recommend it at all.
I paid 41 for the route which Uber is charging 25. App is freezing and showing that driver is waiting even though it shows 4min to arrival. App is not allowing to get estimated price or price per km. I've selected pay with Google pay and driver asked me to pay cash.
reliable for the booking itself but no bills in app and hotline horrible ( contacted three times and their help was not qualified). after i had to pay 2x for a ride, i stopped using it (driver said his app says i have to pay him, my app said i paid in app, which was true)
Wants me to place order before giving me a price. I wanted to catch a taxi from Zakopane to Kraków (Poland) which could be expensive. I wanted to get the price before ordering. No good for me. Gone elsewhere.
Couldn't verify my UK number while being in Poland. Was getting an error message every time entering mobile number. Useless. Use Freenow, Bold or Uber it worked for me in Warsaw.
The app is okay to use and rubbish customer service.. but it has good coverage in Poland and thankfully the taxis are decent.

Can't even sign up as it doesn't send phone number verification code. Tried few phones, same problem.
"There was a problem sending you the SMS". The app is useless for swiss phone numbers. Pretty stupid.
Not for tourists!! Nobody except polish can ride this. Cannot register mobiles other than Polish and such.
Couldn't register.. just says there was a problem sending sms. Suspect it won't accept uk numbers. Stupid.
Doesnt accept UK phone number ("phone number incorrect"), I was unable to register.

The worst App Ever, I used it at 10pm at night from Katowice Rondo to Dabrowa Gornicza which is 16min and the driver put the charge x2 then he put up x4, I ended up paying 94pln. That's a rip off

Would be great if the app could accept any phone number in addition to polish...
This app is a robbery,charges a minimum fee 50% higher then other apps and that's just to start then charges meter counting on top... Absurd... Uninstall
