iTech Wearables

Most up-to-date, efficient and bug free version of the app I was able to find. Currently testing the Sport Activity Tracker before gifting it to a friend. I have owned several iTech Wearables over the years that I liked. The new line seems to be an improvement. I wish website offered more help with set up. Overall, I think iTech is good quality for the price. I will likely purchase one of the more advanced models for myself in the near future.

First, there are no directions and I had to find and online pdf just to figure out how to charge it and turn it on. 2nd, once I finally got it on, it will not connect to my phone. I have a s9+ (clearly states even on the box that it is compatible) and I have been trying for hours to connect it. When I try to connect it through the app, it never shows up on the device list. Definitely returning the watch and uninstalling.

Its an overall good app. Although there is quite a few bugs. Like how the dates merge to together when you want to see your weekly data. Or like how when you set your goals for steps it doesn't convert the miles correctly. For example I set my step goal to 7,500 and it said it was equivalent to 3.75 miles but it isnt. And how when i set my sleep it takes off one hour because it skips "0PM". Also in the new update I'm sad to see the sleep chart go. Anyways the app is good but it is buggy.

If you're looking for a smart watch comparable to a high dollar watch with an HD screen and a ton of features this is not the watch for you. However, if you're looking for an affordable smart watch with an HR log, step tracker, view text/call logs and other basic features this watch will do just that. I am satisfied. If the firmware can be updated, I would reccomend more time display options, 2 choices seems low. Also, tell users they can modify certain items by holding the center button.

I bought this watch for the price primarily an inexpensive way for me to get a fitness tracker. I find it works pretty accurate as far as that steps go GPS is kind ify. I do wish the watch had a better brighter backlight as you cannot see it when you're out in the daylight. Would also like to be able to purchase replacement bands separately. Would like the option to choose walking or running as my fitness choice.

Loving this watch so far. Like the cost (about 35 at walmart) It feels nice to wear... and i dont like things on my wrist. It's easy to use. The only thing is like to see is a food tracker, so I could have a clearer picture of calories eaten vs expended energy. I have the slimmer watch/band and an android phone. Was easy to set up and sync.

I tried all the troubleshooting advice that the developer suggested and the watch still won't connect with the app. It will connect with my phone just fine when I try it that way. But when I try to disconnect it from my phone and the app completely and then connect it through the app first, like suggested, it switches back and forth between not connected/connecting. It will not stay connected. I am so disappointed, and my return it if I do not get a response from the developer on how to fix it!

Just bought this. Ready to return it. When the only instructions that come with the device are "Use the app to pair with your phone"...yeah, not happy. The app is not finding the watch even when I sit it right on my phone screen after wearing it on my wrist which is holding my phone didn't work. A little better instruction in the future would be appreciated. I have turned the itech sport off and back on, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled. Bluetooth is on, all things allowed, etc.

Overall, surprisingly pleased with the device and the app. Basic but it works. My only hang up is I don't understand why it doesn't display the date?! This would be a significant improvement. As much I've liked the device, I'm seriously considering returning it for this alone. Every watch needs the date!

My Watch won't turn to the correct time as my phone and its been like that...ever since I got the watch for Christmas...and I tried to re-set it and I turned it off and it still won't show the correct time...or connect to my phone...after I turned on the Bluetooth setting. And I've down loaded this app 7 times...and its not working. What am I doing wrong?

I bought 2 identical ITech Sport/Activity Tracker Watches, from same store, for my boys for Christmas. They also have identical phones, that the trackers were to be connected to. One tracker connected perfectly, the other didn't. I tried the solution that they are suggesting in the other reviews, 3 times, to no avail. Very disappointed. It's literally a toss up if these will work or not.

Temperamental at best, this app will go through one day with tons of notifications on my phone that it is running and then other days I have none. The watch itself randomly shuts itself off and on and I only am aware if I have to turn it on manually or it comes on and vibrates alerting me to look and I see the welcome screen. The time on the watch randomly goes to military time even with 12 hour selected in the app & randomly just displays the wrong time. Was a Christmas gift, very disappointed!

device does not show up in my bt menu. says it's compatible with Android 7.0 and up, i have 7.1.2. i thought maybe it needed to charge fully first and have been trying 12 hours to figure it out. there's a subscribtion over lay on the customer service page, so no way to actually contact customer service. I've turned it on and off several times. once fully charged is says "finishes" rather than "finished". like a cheap knock off from the web, only i bought mine from the shelf at Wal-Mart.

So I got my watch for my birthday and when I get notifications it doesn't vibrate anymore, it shows up but didn't let me know. Usually it vibrates when I charge it too and it won't do it anymore. I love it tho. Idk if I should get a new one or if there is a way to fix it. Everything is turned on on my phone and on the app and still nothing.

I have the iTech Fusion watch. It works ok, but there's a lot of room for improvement. One major improvement would be to sync data with the google fit app. Another would be to add support for notifications from any app; not just the few listed.

Unless there are plans to update the app, I will be returning the 3 I purchased as Christmas gifts for my children. I got them all new LG G8 ThinQ cell phones and the iTech wearables--not knowing they would not be compatible with each other :( The watches connect to their older phones, but not the new ones. So, some functions such as the notifications will not work. I like the watch and the price.....hope we will not have to return and try a different brand of smartwatch/fitness tracker.

If you are having trouble with connection you most leave the app running do not close it out. I wasn't get text messages popping up on my watch and couldn't figure out why. I left the app open and they started popping up. Looking forward to using this watch for a while now.

Have loaded app and installed several times. Have turned device on and off also. LG ANDROID phone and device will not sync through this app. Tried several hours yesterday and today by following the directions given by ax tech to others who have had the same issue. Crappola!!!! Taking this thing back for a refund. A ps..so I did as requested in message from itech and contacted support. After 3 days and numerous emails...watch is defunct and I need to return it. My crappola comment stands!

I just download it few day ago. I am surprised it has so much functions just through a simple watch can record many kinds of data. Even though， it is little unstable. Maybe in development or improvement. I think it is worth trying.
