Didn't have any issues until yesterday and it suddenly won't connect to my Google Fit app. It's always connected before now when I try it says Google Fit not installed. It IS installed and works fine. Tried to add the scale app back into my Google Fit app and it's not there. Apparently they removed the ability to connect to Google Fit with the last update. Really disappointing. Scale is alright but I won't buy this brand again when it comes time to replace it.

When I first got it. It worked but sometimes it didn't give me all the data that it suppose to show. I had changed phone n nvr reinstall the app. Now I finally did. It shows myvweight n bmi but it says my device is not supported for the rest..

Can't connect to Google fit after the update. I'll change the rating once it's fixed.

I bought the scale and installed the app a little less than a year ago. At first, it worked beautifully. Then, about 6 months in, it stopped showing body composition. About a month ago, it stopped syncing. Now the scale eats through a pair of batteries in a week or two. DEFINITELY time to look for a new option.

Next to the unprofessional typos I found while synching, birthdate never sets properly. Example, if you are born on the first day of the month, it instead defaults to the last day of the previous month. Height never sets properly either if you are at zero inches. For example, if you are 6 feet tall like I am, it defaults to 5' 12". Profile pictures also impossible because the crop frame it provides is too small and will not expand. No one has microscopic sized pictures of themselves. Fix this.

I've had 0 problems with this app until the new update. Now, no matter what I try, my scale will not communicate with my Galaxy S9. I've tried changing the batteries in the scale. I've cleared the cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing works. Judging from the lack of responses from the company, it seems they don't care at all. Time to look for other options.

Honestly wish I could give it a negative rating. The scale works but the moment I press log in or join us the app crashes instantly. Amd CLEARLY the developers don't care because there are many, many, many, complaints about the app crashing and nothing has been done about. Compared to the complaints about it crashing that I've read, it's only gotten worse. While the others can at least get into the app, I can't even create the account. This app is absolute trash. Don't even bother with it.

This app worked flawlessly for two years. It connected to to S7 with no problem and still does. It records my weight and fat%. About a month ago it started crashing every time I attempt to drill down to see more data just like many other reviewers have reported. I have sent numerous feedback reports and no apparent change.

It works now! Re-Installed this app on 5/3/20. It worked. Update posted to app in March. I had been unable to open past trying to create an account since Christmas. Installed on Samsung Tab A 8" Wifi Only. TM-320. Simple program, records weight from scale. Haven't fully explored all features, but it appeared all functions would work, multiple family members on scale... BMI... etc. Appears to just use height v. weight calculations, not any sort of actual measurement. Says it would integrate with Google Fit, but I don't use that function, so untested.

I can't create an account without the app crashing, so I tried using it as a guest. In the guest account, all of the options ask you to use your account and then it crashes. I can't even get to a screen that will allow me to pair the scale with my phone. I am disappointed that I will not be able to use the scale as anything but a scale. Happy New Year's resolutions to me!

No longer connects to Google Fit. Effectively useless.

Haven't had a chance to try it... I downloaded the app and won't even open. It keeps crashing. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, even restarted my phone, and checked for all updates. Still this app keeps crashing. What a bummer bought this scale, can't use the app on my phone.

This was a gift. Bluetooth won't pair with scale. I've tried everything, just won't pair. Continues to have a picture of a foot tapping on the scale and says to do this but nothing happens when I do it. The box even says no tapping needed! Very disappointed!

Very dissatisfied with this app not even worth one star. I've had my scale for almost a month and the app only worked ONE TIME!!!!! I've reported the problems but it's like a new bug every time. Wasted money on a "smart scale" that I cant use should have went with a more trusted name even if it was more expensive.

I've had this scale for almost three years & have loved it all that time, my entire family's weight plus other measurements are stored & presented in an easy to understand, very intuitive manner, the actual physical scale this app runs is awesome too, its sleek, lightweight & has survived being jumped & stepped on by my ever growing 11 year old son, I love this system it works great esp for people with lite to no fitness/Dieting/Wellness experienc, 5 stars from me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 keep it up!!! ✌

will not connect to my phone--does not show up to pair with bluetooth. App does not work. Asks me to log in or create an account but crashes when I do. Gues mode keeps asking me to create an account and the body composition features do not display on the scale itself so you have to use the app. Very dissatisfied!

I had no problem signing up and syncing. I dont feel like this app asked for more than any other app did as far as permissions (they all ask for too much). The one thing I feel it is missing is a help page as the instructions obviously cannot cover all the features of the app.

the app is garbage. it doesn't let you delete entries, gives you crazy readings (like 80% body fat and 200 lbs of bone) and won't sync 8/10 times. could be a great product if they could get good programmers to make them an app that goes with how cool the scale is.

I have had this app running since 01/01/17 and it used to work. However since the last upgrade it will still record weight but as soon as i try to look at anything else it stops. I want to uninstall it and try reinstalling but don't want to risk losing all my data

The app works great. Synced with my S8+ right away and records all my stats. The only problem is that I cannot sync with Google Fit. Every time I try, I get a message that it failed. Other than that, It works great.

My wife bought this scale on clearance for both of us to use. The app works on her iPhone fine, but it won't even open on my Galaxy S8. Looking at other reviews, this seems like a pretty common experience. Don't buy the scale for the app experience. It's just a clearance scale with a worse than clearance value app. If everything worked as advertised, it could be pretty cool.

I've had the app and scale for years, never had any problems until just recently. It just keeps closing out, uninstalled and tried again but wants to access too much info, won't launch without accepting permissions. Garbage app!!
