Got my cameras up quickly and running good. App works well. Even though the box my camera came in said the app only works with 4 cameras, that was not the case. The app can handle many more devices. I was able to get 6 cameras setup the way I wanted, and could add more. The app only displays 4 cameras at a time, but I can swipe to see the next set of cameras.

WiFi smart cam - didn't expect much for the price but only needed something basic just to keep an eye on my dog so bought one of these. Have to say I was really impressed. By the time I finished downloading the app the camera had already set itself up. Really easy app to use. The only negative would be the very short lead from camera to socket, really needs to be longer.

This camera works great. It detects night vision very nice. The night vision looks almost like daytime, just black and white. And during the day it covers a very wide range in full color. I love the pan and tilt. Thank you! It works better than any other camera's I have. I'm going tomorrow to buy 3 more

This is a bit of a mysterious product. It is I think made by a non descript company in china. It is one of those get it made, sell it and then walk away from it kind of products from China. The Box which is nicely done has no reference to a web site anywhere on it. That to me is a red flag. Here is a wifi / interent product with no web site, Odd?? Are they not proud of their product. I did use it for about 2 years and it worked fine really. But then stopped. When I looked for help I found nothing really on line. The company that It was distributed to was "Showcase" a store in the mall that sells all sorts of things. I think that the manufacturer finds companies to sell to then sells them a bunch then, just moves on to the next company or product then can have their factories make. I bought it cause it was cheap, like 10 bucks. So for 2 years use and 10 dollars it was a good deal. But Now I have to buy a new one cause it has stopped working. I think I will pay a little more next time and maybe get a known brand. (admittedly I know brands don't mean its better.) Anyway Im not sure itek builds quality. They build cheap. If that's what you want then here it is.

Great for price, bought 4 cameras...all work great...great night vision, motion tracking, SD slot to do nonstop recording..if you get an alert just go back on the playback to the timestamp....super happy...just wish I could put them outside. Has anyone tried that?

Bought one camera to watch our dogs when we're gone and that first camera has been great since day one, so we thought ok let's get 3 more. Huge mistake the other 3 we got later haven't worked as good as the first camera for some reason. Going to try and return them there's no point in keeping something around that doesn't work right.

App is garbage. Once updated, the app deleted all my saved devices and now refuses to detect any of them. They are older smart outlets, but we're still functioning as normal until the app updated. Now Nothing work, and it seems this company is following in Apple's footsteps by intentionally making older equipment obsolete. Don't waste your time or money on this garbage.

For some reason it didn't change with the time change. Now it turns off an hour earlier than the timer is set for even though my phone says the right time. Other than that works great

Says it has warranty but how do youco tact them?? The nice box literally has no web support listed. In fact no company web site listed. Just one of those products designed to sell and then when it breaks despite saying lifetime service agreement make it impossible to get hold of them.

Camera works fine but app was awkward to get working. I did not understand the bit about notifications so probably motion detection won't work. I've no idea how to check that either.

Horrible product! Do not use, get your money back if you can. Fails immediately. No customer service whatsoever Complete garbage do not buy. If you bought it and can't return it immediately, just burn it or throw in a lake.

Terrible unstable and refuses to connect. Product presentation is good but of no use if you cannot connect. DO NOT PURCHASE this product especially from Showcase since they sell it as final sale and assume no responsibility.

JUNK ALERT!! Well, I thought I was the only one who couldn't get this to work on my samsung galaxy or 1 of my tablet, laptop OR cell phones. I have several makes/ models so I figured something should connect but nope! If you bought it, return it. If you can't return it, don't give it to a friend because they won't be your friend anymore! Give it to a frenemy, ur mother in law or we could all rent a bus and throw them in a lake. I downloaded app just to comment! Now I'm uninstalling it. JUNK!!!!

super simple to setup following the instructions. Got it to turn my Christmas lights on and off remotely. also have it connected to my Google home.

App only supported with 2.4G network. Does not work with 5G modems ! Waste of time and money . Itek should make it clear on box for consumers before purchase. nobody uses 2.4G anymore

Worked great until I got a new modem. It will no longer connect to the newer modem. Aboslutely useless.

So far I bought the bulb and I can't even get this app to download on to my brand new Samsung S10 plus so as far as my review goes when I can't even load the app I have to say that that this is a real problem at the beginning

Worked fine until I upgraded my phone. Now all my devices have been wiped out, can't re-register them and no help online

Well was 5 stars! Camera now not working only has it a short while NOT RECOMMENDING THIS AT ALL... 😞 taken back given another camera 2 now that's packed up!!

I am getting the "Incorrect local timer" like so many other others. Error 50502. You need to fix this asap!!!!!

Take your itek back works for about 2 months and then the itek plug stops working use whatever is on google look at their list again DO NOT USE THE ADAPTERS FROM ITEK

Cameras are useless 😪 stopped working 30mins after I set them up & I need them to keep an eye on my mom as she has dementia & lives alone & I'm miles away from her ,no support at all after message them !!!

The app n the camera is a scam. It won't work. Simply sham

It keeps going off line...other than that it's ok

Will not use high level 5 gig rotors don't waste your time
