The old app was so much better. For 2 to 3 years now you can't get engineered wood to go through. It never accepts the shaved wood part. I always wind up sending the piece in because it always says jagged cut and out of focus EVEN THOUGH I very carefully and gently shave it exactly as they say to do it. And the picture is add clear as day, using pixel camera which is the best on the market. PLEASE itel, lower the sensitivity on this stupid app!!!
This app never works when you need it to. In some cases it takes me hours to submit a claim. In other cases the app won't even open. Plan accordingly if you're like me and have to use this app for work.
I wouldn't have it if I wasn't required to. It doesn't work as it should and keeps giving me errors. If you have an issue forget about getting help.
Garbage. Never works when you need it too. There's always a problem.
I'm pretty sure if you're looking at ITEL you work with insurance and there isn't any other app to use. 5/5 due to being the only one of its kind.
Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Took forever to get registration approved & when I tried to call for help it was "please leave a message" & I'm still waiting for a call back. They've taken my money, registration is complete all they have to do is approve my registration so I can submit a sample.
Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it doesn't even open you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I have a Galaxy s20 and it does not even work on that phone. I have to use my four-year-old phone to get this app to work properly. Basically a joke
Ordered a 30 minute siding sample, report never came back. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to reach customer support. Support tells me they can't process the siding and now I have to make a 2 hour round-trip back out to get a physical sample.
Horrible app. Photos won't upload most of the time, you have to uninstall and reinstall constantly, extremely slow, and a waste of time.
Complete trash. Fails to work, bit it's required for my assignments, therefore it's a constant roadblock and I keep having to reinstall. Matching service is useless
If it is wood or laminate flooring and sometimes even carpet. Just send it in. The app is terrible and you will waste your time retaking photos over and over until they ask you to send it in anyway. Very frustrating.
Good app for insurance adjusters. Could use some huge quality of life fixes like auto loading your info into the claim, saving your password and being able to use with no service.
Works then doesnt work, wasting time uninstalling and reinstalling, turning my device on and off and it still hangs forever.
Loading is terrible takes at least twice as long as it should be the "level" is probably the worst all I get is blurry photos from it
This app is junk. If it actually worked all of the time it would be useful. It does not. Kicks me out of the app at the same point every time. Fix it or dump it!
It won't even let me log in 75%of the time. Phone can't focus enough for it to go through. Over$200 for a plastic stand. When it works it's fine
this app is garbage. I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime. I am required to use the mobile app so have no other choice. I would not use, otherwise.
Doesn't open a quarter of the time, and when it does, the app won't allow you to take pictures, which is the whole point
So far so good registration was quick. Roofing kit arriving sooner then expected. But I have not use the app yet.
Have to keep going back to sites after app fails to send everything and constantly crashes.
Not a fan. Taking too long. Does not appear to be accurate and consistent. Taking too long to login.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. CRASHES AND TAKES WAY TO LONG. ITs A 50+ STEP PROCESS FOR IT TO WORK. (So prepare to be there for a full day) FORCED TO UNINSTALL ONLY TO WAIT FOREVER TO REINSTALL. LEAVING A 1 STAR REVIEW. (THE MORE ONE STAR REVIEWS LEFT THE ALGORITHM WILL FORCE TO TAKE THE APP DOWN)
This app is terrible. I have to uninstall it and install it again every time I use it.
This is a garbage app designed to cheat contractors and policy holders. If an adjuster states they need to use this app. Your first step should be calling a public adjuster, or an attorney and your next step should be filing a bad faith claim. Mad Sky Roofing is not part of ITEL they are a roofing contractor piggybacking off of ITEL app, and reputation. This is an attempted price fixing and contractor fixing stunt insurance companies are using to drive down the cost and minimize payments to PH!
Issues getting it to load when opened
Sometimes good, sometimes terrible!! Currently not working at all and have reset and uninstalled multiple times. Called and spoke with the "app department" and when a basic reset didn't work, she told me to email them... such a waste of time!
