What is the DLF
An association for leisure open to all
The Dopolavoro Ferroviario (DLF) is one of the most important Italian non-profit organization in the leisure sector. Present in 246 cities with 105 local associations DLF, offers a modern and competitive services ranging from social and welfare initiatives in those cultural, educational, recreational, tourist and amateur sports.
Thanks to the variety and quality of its proposals, the wide organizational dimension and approximately 120,000 members, the DLF is on the whole a unique reality, open to all citizens, which ranks high among the recreation facilities of our time Country.
The DLF, with its own legal personality, operates under Law 460/97 (non-profit organizations of social utility) and consists OND Railway Association, central facility based in Rome, from 105 territorial associations and from DLF ' Association DLF goers.

The most significant component is represented by the social venues, from over 200 sports facilities, from the bars, several equipped green areas, from holiday homes, cinemas, theaters and even an astronomical observatory (Rimini). To increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of services, many of these properties have been gradually rehabilitated and promoted by DLF territorial associations with the FS collaboration and self-financing operations.
