We have used this for over 2 years, no issues! I upgraded yesterday and now my employees cannot punch in, my app is frozen and my computer is frozen! There is no phone number to call. I sent 4 emails all of which were not answered. I cannot get my employees hours from last week for payroll. Stay away from this app because THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE- I'm giving this a 2 Now updated to a 1 star because the other method of support (Support@itimepunchplus) cant be reached now so there is no way to let someone know they are charging me for something i am not recieving WONDERFUL!!!!. because it is "OK" when it works. They recently updated their prices and locked people from the app unless they pay new pricing. Paid the new pricing to just get the legacy data (which i should be able to get anyway). it would not allow. A) can not retrieve legacy data after subscription ends, if you switch payrole systems, hope your time never gets audited because you will lose that data. B) can't pay my people because the app locked people out on update and wont let me see how much my people made even though i already updated my description. VERY disappointing because you need to get in to the app to get support, and i cant get in to the app.
The program worked fine but I lost the device that the program was installed on and when I tried to cancel my subscription I was told I had to delete it off the device it was originally installed on and the company continues to charge me and will not cease. Use at your own risk.

First screen asks for commitment to a payment plan, let me test first before hitting me with that stuff
My pay periods are the 1st-15th and then the 16th thru the last day of the month. ie; 16th-28th,29th,30th, or 31st. Also where I work we get paid 1.5X overtime after the ribs 8hrs up until 12hrs then anything above 12 we get 2.0X. (double time). Is There An Option To Set That TEMPLATE At all??

Great application for construction employees and employers. The hourly reminders are freaking annoying but other than that it's a genius application!

This app stinks. Doesn't work right half the time and my guys have trouble all the time. Switched to another company but now it won't let me cancel and I have been trying to cancel since first of the year and they keep charging...... Update since the developer is a smart guy, we did go to the app and click cancel with our eyeballs and when you click cancel it asks you how you want to open the app back up! You keep going in circles. So you have a glitch but like you said "use your eyeballs!!"
