iTouch SW2

Seems to be a little bit better than the other iTouch watch I have, but I just installed the new app, and the weather won't sync at all, and the music sync is sketchy at best. It doesn't seem to be able to receive my text messages. In the other app which I use, both the message and weather functions work much better

App will find the watch for Bluetooth connectivity with my android phone. But it won't connect. When i press the option for my watch it doesn't do anything. But on the plus side i know how many steps I'm taking. Oh almost forgot; because of the BT issue, Can't sync the watch to phone. So..my calendar date is off. Also the clock option won't let me change from am to pm...so i set it to military time.

Just as the other reviews stated, I'm unable to use all the features in the watch as well. Features not working: text, weather, music, camera and notifier. Most likely returning this back to the store. Verified from directions from the website as non provided with the watch, downloaded the correct app and still features not working and now the watch is frozen. Definitely returning to the store.

Huge disappointment😒 the iTouch watch would connect to my phone but it would unconnect without warning. There was no back button so if I was looking through messages and I wanted to go back and check a message from somebody else I had to hit the only button let the screen go black and then reopen it. I also don't understand why I have a text message feature if you can't respond by saying what you want back. I had to choose from a list of common responses. I returned my iTouch today.

What a waste of money. It miscounts my steps (doubles them) and the man who sold it to me said it does flights off stairs, it does not. You can't reply to text messages and if you have more then 1 not opened you can't read them, only see who it's from. The battery only just lasts the day. I can't turn off the alarm feature at all so it goes off every day. I wish I could return it but I bought it on a cruise ship 😡😠

Could not get this app to work. Kept going in and out of Bluetooth. Would freeze on time screen. Tried the itouch smartwatch app. Seems to work great except for weather not being updated. You all have to many apps, work on getting one to function for all your watched. This watch was a replacement I got as the button to show the screen no longer works.

I have been trying to download this app for the past two days for my iTouch Curve, but to no avail! It goes thru the motions like it's going to download, it reaches 100%, then boom! A window pops up and says "can't install iTouch SW2 try again" WHY! I've tried every one of the troubleshooting suggestions and it still won't work! How am I going to use the watch if I can't download this awful app first?!?!

The app doesn't connect with my watch. It says check the remote device and the watch then says connecting. But then the watch freezes and then goes into a blue screen and then restarts. Very annoying as the 1st app doesn't let my watch run all of the applications on it which I am having to use. Pls fix it. PS. I have a iTouch Curve

how can ALL the reviews be wrong...currently in a 4 day long email string with 'Jayson' regarding lack of connectivity; device connects/disconnects at will; was sent a toll free # to call; troubleshoot, deleted, unpaired, reinstalled app, STILL dropping and giving error messages 'not connecting' 'unavailable'...and what good is the music icon on the menu.. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

The app has a horrible look and interface, the weather doesnt correctly update, the ios of the watch is generally bad, the app doesnt update steps or anything throughout the day, the watch faces arent different enough. honestly, just buy an actual androud one, there are more ways to use and connect those!!!

This app will sync with my messages but not with my phone contacts or call log. You can see your text messages but you can't reply by typing, you have to use a reply from the list. The last problem is the music and camera apps are only remote controls.

rubbish app. The watch works fine without the app installed. It connects to my phone and I can use voice assistant and take calls. But I wanted to control my music, so I downloaded the app. As soon as I tried to connect my watch with the app, the watch freezes up. terrible. All I want is to be able to use my watch to control the music on my phone. Fix this.

I have tried for 2 days to get my phone, watch and app to sync with no success. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times. It just doesn't work. I have a great watch that can only tell time after I manually set it. What a waste of money.

Would have given it five stars if they calendar was able to show my appointments. It's honestly the only reason I bought it. Might end up returning it if I can find one to do what I need. Other then that, it's a pretty good functioning watch apart from the call speaker is shot.

Lovely watch, but when I tried connecting to the watch with this app instead of itouch smartwatch because the weather wasn't syncing, I can't connect to my watch at all. It says connecting on both the watch and my phone, the watch says it's connected but my phone's still searching. Will go back to itouch smartwatch app, and I hope this gets fixed!

Since the update, it stop working or sync with the phone. I uninstall and reinstalled and yet the problem persist. I hate the idea that the icon is gone however the apps still try to open in the back. So therefor unable to completely remove. Fix it.

I was able to connect my watch to my phone when I first purchased it. Then I got a Samsung Galaxy and now the app, watch and phone will not connect. I feel like this watch was a HUGE WASTE of my money, not to mention the pedometer doesn't work a vast majority of the time. I would return it, but my receipt is long past expired.

The app and product are pretty good. It would just be nice if you could modify the messaging templates for the watch in the app. Maybe the developers could look into that...

I've spent a good effort trying to connect my lg phone with my iTouch watch to no avail. Watch can't/won't connect. Watch keeps crashing. Keeps turning on/off on it's own .. Super annoying. Will return tomorrow morning. Garbage!

Not happy with this new app. Ive had my watch about 6 months and it works perfect with the old app which was synced to my samsung phone, however my new lg and/or this new app has given me the blues. Not being able to utilize my purchase.... disappointed!

NEW UPDATE RUINED MY EXPERIENCE. My app was working perfectly fine paired with my watch until this new update today. Now it keeps crashing and doesn't notify me of anything. I've deleted app and reinstalled but still the same issues. This needs to be fixed asap😠😠😠😠😠

No need of repetition. I agree with every review, and I don't understand how the retailers can get away without addressing or fixing the issue. I need another watch that works!

Doesn't work application i cant install force to close all the time. The touch of watch response very slow, and most of fitness applications aren't real synchronized. Very bad

ok for those of u returning ur watches and giving up on the app this is how u get ur watch to connect to ur phone. the app does not work so when u open it ur watch will freeze. make sure the app isn't open and the tab isn't open on the watch select Bluetooth and make sure ur phones Bluetooth is on pair with it and a thing should come up on ur phone asking for permission to pair with it. accept and it's paired. all the features work but u can't open the app or it will freeze. hope I helped!

stuck in a syncing mode and theres no way to turn it off. syncing didnt work. wore it all day and no steps were recorded. terrible item.

The app is not working after installation. When I press open it brings me back to the Play Store. If I cant use all functions, I'm returning the watch (purchased less than 24hrs ago).
