How it works:Find items: Tap the "Ring" button on the App and the iTrack Easy device will sound alert and flash LED light.
Find Phone: Hold the button on the iTrack Easy device to locate your phone.
Item Lost Alarm: Your phone will sound alert when it is separated from the iTrack Easy device.
Network Search: If an item is lost, the iTrack Easy network can find it for you. You will receive a notification of where you item is when another iTrack Easy user goes near your item.
Wifi Safe Area: When you connect to those selected WiFi networks, distance alerts are disabled in the iTrack Easy app to avoid constant alerts.
Sleep Mode: You can set the iTrack Easy device to sleep to save battery life and to avoid unwanted alerts.
Selfie: The button on the iTrack Easy device also doubles as a camera remote.
Manually add location: You can add and mark your current location.

Works just as advertised. I can hear the ring tone from across my house. I tested the tracker and it kept a signal for about 50 feet. I cannot reccomend this enough!
Everytime I try to register for the app, I get an error message that reads "invalid email address format" even though I'm typing it in correctly. I've done this multiple times with different emails, and I've uninstalled then reinstalled the app. Same message. There's no way to contact developes to fix this issue so I basically wasted my money.
It..... straight up doesn't work. Bluetooth sees it, wont pair. App refuses to work with newer android I guess.
ZERO STARS: This app is a worthless POS. Everytime I try and register I get this BS message saying "invalid email format" Yeah, I've got your " invalid email format" hangin right here. In a world where everybody is a friggin " developer" there's no reason to waste a SINGLE SECOND on an app that doesn't work. I aggressively UNINSTALLED this.
Extremely useful & handy App. I had had to use this App along with the Rinex Device to find my Car Keys & ETC numerous times and without the Device and App I would have never found my keys numerous times I wish I had the money to buy lots of the Devices for things I own but perhaps the manufacturer can help me out with pricing on that since I want to purchase a fee. I highly recommend the Devices & Apps to anyone that loses things or for thesecurity of finding your valuables or important things.
I rarely use the program and so far everything worked well. For me, there were no problems with this software. True, I have little experience with it. Of the shortcomings (maybe this is not even a drawback of iTrackEasy itself), I note that the alert from the tracker to the phone loses all meaning on my Android 10 device if the battery optimization for this application is not disabled in advance. It may also be necessary to enable even and autostart of this application in the system. And I would not like that. For now.
The app is set to not turn off and run in the background so I can click the nioji and find my phone or pull up the app and find my keys. Doesn't work though. The app never stays up and I always have to wait about 10 minutes for it to load and find my keys. Because often it will say my keys are about 2 blocks away. Thank God I haven't lost my phone and needed it to find my phone. This app doesn't work. It is however a good idea with crappy output. Definitely needs a lot of work to get it to work
Its actually really helpful. Used it a good 14 times now. You can hold the button on the finder and your phone will ring also, it works both ways and it's still going strong. Just keep the app running in the background (aka do normally but keep the app on by clicking on it, connect and leaving it with the close app tab button, aka the arrow 《 button on your bottom phone ) it works great and I highly recommended.
Neat concept. Lacking some sensible abilities. App will not install on an SD card in order to save phone memory. App requires WIFI or cellular connection before bluetooth can be accessed. That is a design flaw. Wifi or cellular signin should not be necessary for bluetooth access.
Very unreliable The app will show my service dog as being very far away when he is laying right next to me. It will also show him as being 4 blocks north of me when he is in my fenced in yard to the west of me. There is no rhythm or reason as to when the device & app decide to work properly. Unfortunately it fails more often than it works!
Works as described. Distance is pretty short(like 20ft at best), but I only really use it for finding stuff when I'm at the house, so it's not hard to walk around until it picks up signal. All in all, I'm happy with it for the $15 I spent on the trackers.
Everytime the app updates I have to manually connect the tracker to the phone. So if there is an automatic update, you may not know there is an issue. Which could made app useless when it is needed the most.
i prefer tile. i hate that there is a icon on the top of my phone that doesnt go away unless i disconnect. It was beeping all the time!! Literally drove me crazy i smashed it to pieces. ill be going back to Tile. The only nice thing is that it has an extra battery i wont be using. Oh and thanks developer for contacting me literally 2 months after i sent emails for help and troubleshooting. Awful product and company.
This product is a piece of garbage. I have it set to alert me if I disconnect (walk away from my wallet) Just now it has gone off every 30 to 90 seconds for the last half hour. my wallet is sitting beside my phone on the desk. This is not an uncommon occurrence, I have had it for a week and it goes off constantly. last time I sent feedback like this the suggestion was to turn the alert off. then I don't know I left my wallet behind so not a solution. Don't waste your money
Excellent app. Could use extra features, like tons of ring tones to choose from. That's the reason I like CUBE much better.
I would like it to have more options like It sounds notifications volume. Or how many X notifies do it within an hour? I'll leave my keys in the house walk back and forth to the car and my phone keeps going off because I'm too far away..
Great for finding keys abd wallet But Find alerts difficult to manage. They will go off when the device is in the same room .Annoying and disruptive. Thinking of deleting.
Whatever y'all did in the last update makes the device fail to connect automatically. Also, manually connecting is problematic. Please fix.
Difficult to connect the tracker. Spelling and grammar errors everywhere. Thought it was a scam or something at first. Still can't get it to connect. Five stars All Day Baby. Love it
The tracker found the 🤳 with a very hearable tone. The phone was not as direct with finding keys. Directions were too broad area

Constantly alarms and disconnects. Total waste of money. I bought it so in could locate my keys if I lost them. Doesn't work as I expected.

Doesnt work as well as advertised. The range is terribly short. If the tracker isn't in the same room it will disconnect. After a few hours of being disconnectedI'll try to connect and it will consistently fail. I'm not sure if it's interference but so far it's proved very ineffective. A real-time GPS locator that doesn't depend on everyone else in my town having the exact same app would be far more helpful, but apparently that concept goes over every developer's head. Disappointing.
