I received the pro version of this app as a gift from Marlboro. And, when I updated to a new phone and reinstalled the app, my pro membership wouldn't transfer and still hasn't for more than a year. I can't find a restore purchases, subscriptions or memberships option and I'm highly disappointed with my information not syncing through both iTranslate and Google Play!
I once gave this app 5 stars but for quite some time now my premium version keeps throwing the error "The internet connection appears to be offline." It seems I am not the only one facing this problem. It looks like the last update to this app was Jan 2017.. 5 years ago..
Was a good app in the past, but for a while now it says, 'The internet connection appears to be offline,' when it obviously isn't. This happens across multiple Android devices. Bummer.
I bought the pro version! It was better than other translation apps, but now it doesn't work at all, even the support system! It keeps saying I don't have an internet connection when I clearly do, seeing as I'm posting this right now!
Stopped working recently, i had this app worked before reliably but it seems the developer stop support to force us that paid a one time premium fee to switch to another app that forces us to pay a monthly fee. Shame.
Doesn't actually record voice input, but it does translate text. So it's half of what's advertised. Sideloaded on an Amazon Fire Phone 64GB
Contacted the developer on the no internet connection issue. Developer clarified that the product have been discontinued long time. DO NOT BUY.
I have just stated an advanced Italian course B2/C1 level (CEFR). It is really helpful in using grammar textbooks which are written solely in Italian.
I recieved this app from Marlboro and it was working great, I transferred it to my new phone without a hitch, then I traveled abroad and tried to use it there with no avail. When I returned home, it stopped working, it keeps saying that my internet connections seem to be off, why? I've tried/done everything I know with no avail, can someone help?
Please don't buy or download this app... I paid for the premium version and it just doesn't work anymore.. Getting in touch with the support team is not an option.. Just a waste!!!
It's very fast with almost perfect translation with multiple languages available. Great app.
The pro(paid) version stopped working and support told me that I had to pay a monthly fee because this version is no longer supported.
Works great even for not-so-known languages (was able several times to converse in less known languages when in need using this app)
Has allowed me to seamlessly conduct interviews in many languages.
Excellent app translating with our Italian family
Does not capture my voice there's no button where I can voice record to be translated.
Good but need to find the spelling and must be correct then you can find the exact translation

Very good just what I needed
It is very clever
Very good speech recognition and output. Very usefull in translating single words for simple university texts or novels. For more scientific words I still use google. Sometimes the app translates rarely used words with the same word in the other language leaving the meaning in the dark - that means it does not offer synonyms or explanations. Long sentences are hardly translated correct. Still one of the most convenient apps to use. Works fine. Dont have any alternative yet
