IU Credit Union Mobile Banking

It would be great to be able to go into the page and check off certain transaction lines and then add those up automatically in a passion not neccessarily saving chacks or total...being able to make designation notes on a transaction (as we can with the teller) would be 'the berries'...I don't like connecting my accounts with outside apps for budgeting...even paying a dollar a month for having an app for iucu that would have budgeting and totaling ability would be worth it. I never pay for apps.

Ok app, deposit check can be a pain with retaking pictures multiple times for it to get one that works. App is super laggy rewards link takes several attempts to open. Transaction notifications doesn't show anything or link you to what happened. App doesn't seem to update current balance sometimes for day's. Credit card payment may have been paid but it doesn't show a decline on the account you paid with.

Every single time I go to make a mobile deposit, the app kicks me off "due to inactivity" when I'm actually in the middle of trying to deposit my check. I don't understand how I'm being inactive. Only seconds go by when I'm taking the photo, not minutes. Sometimes it kicks me off as many as five times in a row before I can successfully deposit my check. Otherwise it's at least once each time I try. Please fix this!!!! Otherwise the app is great.

It used to be better. I'm not sure what happened, but it's been a disappointment for a while now. Most features work fine, but Mobile Deposit is hot garbage. It signs me out "due to session inactivity" while I'm in the process of taking my first picture (every single time), then after signing back in, subsequent pictures have a shadow over the left end no matter what kind of light I'm in, even when I use flash. UPDATE: WORSE THAN EVER. UPDATE #2: THIS APP IS GONNA MAKE MY HEAD EXPLODE.

EVERY TIME I attempt mobile deposit I get logged out for inactivity when it comes time to take a picture of the check. Sometimes I can take a pic of the front and then it does this when I go to take a photo of the back. The check has already been signed and set up for deposit so there is no delay between pictures. It takes multiple attempts to for mobile deposit and is beyond frustrating.

The online banking features of IU credit union are fundamentally lacking you can't even transfer money to external banks without using a 3rd party like zelle, you also can't create multiple user accounts. The whole system needs to be replaced from scratch with a modern system.

It works well. There are features that used to be on the website that I missed, so it's nice to have those back (like searching for an amount, etc.). The only reason for four-stars, when it doesn't load, reads error, or said there is no account info.... luckily those things don't happen very often.

The picture caption function is completely backwards. It's exactly opposite of what you would normally do to focus and try a picture. I take tons of pictures and this was completely backwards for how to do it. Very frustrating! The rest of the app was excellent, which is why I gave it two stars.

Convenient, easy to navigate and secure. Depend on this to be able to do banking while away.

Having trouble with the app it's not allowing me to put in the correct password and it removes my Id name each time. Even after I hit save .

I have been using this app since I opened a bank account. I love the convenience of it with making transfers and even the option of mobile deposit.

Overall it's been great, but the latest update has it really struggling to even load to the accounts page, and when it does it often doesn't show the balances. Have to log in and out a few times to get it to show. Also struggles to do transfers.

Easy to use, but best of all there's nothing "extra" that gets in the way or slows me down. I can do what I need to do and go back to my day very quickly!

This app makes it easy to check the balances of your accout, transfer money, and pay bills. There are a few things that can't be done from the app, but they aren't things you would need for everyday things. My only complaint is that my finger print reader doesn't work well with this app, and I'm not entirely sure if that's a problem with the app or the phone.

Great App. My only wishes are that you could transfer to other bank accounts directly from the app, and that you could set travel notifications directly from the app, so your purchases don't get declined while you're on the road.

It's always been super convenient and helpful, but the latest update broke the mobile check deposit feature. I've moved out of state and this feature is what kept my business at IUCU. Unfortunately I may have to move my business elsewhere if this bug isn't fixed soon :(

Overall good. Just need to be able to switch between accounts on one login rather than having to log out and back in under different names all the time. One of the reasons I even bothered with the mobile is to be able to move money easily without having to go into the bank. Turns out I still have to do that.

Convenient, loads and acts fast, and easy to navigate. I only have one complaint: for joint accounts, if someone else makes a deposit it takes a bit to update on your app.

The check deposit feature is problematic. Sometimes it works, other times it complains about the photo or throws an application error. I would not depend on this app for critical banking application.

Easy to use, covered all main features of web based application!

Very easy to get up to date info about my account. I can check it everyday, multiple times a day if I want, to make sure there are no strange purchases. There is even information on loan estimates. Great App!

Credit card account history unavailable / error since December. Reported the issue, but ticket was ignored

Everything is great except the camera image capture for depositing checks. It's clumsy and inaccurate and takes multiple attempts to get a proper size image

Check balance and transfer features help very much.

Have trouble capturing picture of mobile deposit checks. 3/2/21 -6 months since my first review and I am still having a hard time capturing pictures of checks. The app seems to be very touchy and quirky.

Works well. Some additional customization options (i.e. notes on transfers, etc) would be nice, but app is functional and reliable.

I wish it had checking text alerts for balance levels, but otherwise it works well. It would also be good if I could add another family member's account to my app.

Being able to use this friendly app to take care of my financial needs is a wonderful blessing

IU credit union itself is great. The app is good when it wants to work. It is down pretty often, and some of the login features randomly don't work.
