After Android 12 updates the app is a mess: Not seeing loads that I got notifications for, receiving 20 30 notifications in the same time for loads that I didn't get notifications, and now receiving notifications again and again for some loads that I can not see because I am already under load. Crazy.
New application is worst than previous one. Why did you change an interface?? Was a good app which required to fix couple bugs. Instead of release beta version and let drivers test now it's piece of garbage. Dispatch asked me for my location because they don't see me. After I unloaded load I'm still on load and therefore I will not be able to see incoming loads. Nice job! Bring back old application.
This is always been a good app but since my phone reconfigured it doesn't have the little trumpet sound anymore it doesn't give you a warning You have to constantly watch your phone and wait forever to pop up. Kind of frustrating
Seems like a great app but I can't get my freight approved so I can follow the prompts to go to the delivery portion of the load. I need my load approved and my dispatcher can't do it. Please advise what I can do on my side. Updated Looks like everything is working as you stated! Thanks!
this is a worst logistics company at all , so I don't recommend at first they don't have respect for contracter. on my experience with then I got two loads only the fist one wrong wight and pallet number. and the second one totally wrong by dimensions and wight also the have wrong information for pickup time , finally I wasted my time and money with millhouse, I don't recommend for new and current drivers.
Unfortunately, the app doesn't work very well. Worse is that there is no one in tech support to speak with. Writing a review is all well and good. But if you need technical support and no one is around, that's a shame.
I cant seem to log in because the app is telling me that I have an existing account with my email that I'm using. I can't remember nor reset my information. Somebody help me because I'm being refused loads because of this issue.

Worked as driver 1,5 years and only few times had some bugs,but this app is awesome. Now I use it as carrier and guys thank you so much for this great app.It makes this hard and nervous job much easier.
One minute I can bid any amount I want. The next minute i can only go as high as they let me. I should be able to choose the amount I want if I'm doing the work.
So many bugs and errors. Privacy invasive. People should stick with Macropoint.
App is not loading, when you try to download it, just says waiting for download for a long time, tried cancelling and restarting download still nothing happening...
App wont open. Trying to log in with email it only gives me phone option. Horrible app. Millhouse you can do better than this
i get notifications for loads sometimes but when i look in the app immediately after there is nothing there..happens very often.
Notifications don't work, the app goes silent whenever it wants to, and goes loud whenever it wants to
Everyrhing is fine, except notification sound, old version have horn sound, but new version is on mute ??
It's ok, but logs me out randomly. Missing work because of this. Please fix it.
New update is poor. Incorrect information on profile. Zero resolution after talking with IVIA support.
You should to optimize your web page for cell phones or build application. I'm taking about web page not this application.

I like it.Maybe some bugs sometimes but its ok.Nothing is perfect.
Please add radius of posted load near the driver counter to prevent companies from cheating the count of drivers bidding on load and making misleading compettition between drivers Also, Milhouse prices suck!

Have a load that will not showed delivered. Can't get it off my phone so I can accept another load
This app is a complete waste of time for the driver, terrible app. You have to input so much information and input unnecessary pictures, it will not let you continue until you do these unneeded steps. I had a new load and could not see it because of missing information on a load I completed 3 weeks ago. You can't remove yourself from a load until all info is provided. There's no way to remove the load. This app is frustrating and a waste of time. I suggest using MacroPoint instead.
