The app won't let me enter the serial number. The bar code scanner doesn't work ether.

App Keeps flashing on screen saying not working, everytime I press ok it comes back up again, won't let me uninstall either. So basically I can't use my phone until I uninstall it "great app"!

There seems to be no other way to contact ivoler. I need the code, like many others I accidentally threw away the code. Please contact me with the code and I will change my rating.

Doesn't work even with the code and can't contact anyone about it. Do not buy this app or a cover. Total rip off.

I can no longer open this all and I can not even uninstall it.. This is ridiculous and is a horrible app.

when I open the app, it stops working all of the sudden I would rate this a minus if I have to waste of money buying case such a con and a piece of crap.

I did the lollipop update of my s5. Nw I can't uninstall the app and also the app is currently working. ..please take the necessary action on this regard

I have purchased the same cover for NOTE4 but i throw the packing/box. Can you tell me the easiest way to activate it?

Hate it! After my phone was updated it doesn't even work. I can't even uninstall it on my phone.

As the info says, it's for Samsung Galaxy S5. Works perfectly. I love getting the notifications lit up on the cover. If installed right, it's great. Highly recommend.

App will not work after phone update

I currently changed to another s5 and I have the code card...I've tried to re-enter it in but it kept saying invalid already in used...but the card said " please remember the serial number for it is needed when re-installing the software " ....is it a one time used only or something? What's going in...need this fix pls

Because galaxy s5 lollipop version doesn't work.i can download and after can't install it ivoler app something show 504 error... Please fix this it...I will be waiting it...... Please hardly request.......it's work on also galaxy s5 jelly been version 4.2.2

This application is bad in so many ways I had to put them in the list to enumerate. 1. It does not work. The clock shows for a brief moment after the lid is closed, but is immediately replaced by the standard background. 2. It requires a ton of potentially dangerous permissions and the only way to uninstall it is through its in-app menu. 3. I've tried to use in-app support option, but it also does not work - after hitting "Submit" button, it shows "Not Found" popup (and some hieroglyphs). I strongly recommend against the case and the app.

Yeah so I just got my case in the mail and the app does not work. I hope it's fixed soon because this case will be basically useless until the app is updated
