4.5 stars? Every review is 1 to 2 stars. They say orders process in 3 to 5 days. Took 4 weeks to get half of my order. Waiting to my 90% refund on the other half oof my order now. I originally tried to cancel my order after 2 weeks they charge a 10% cancelation fee. Obviously, never ordering from here again. Update: never recover one of the items i ordered

Disgusting customer service, refusing to give me over £200 of my money back after I sent 2 parcels back with receipts even costing me £40. All pants waaay too big and they refuse any solution. They don't have no ligit warehouse or refund policy! Be careful Don't trust! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. They do not understand customer satisfaction, or even know how to run a business. Refusing me of my money and won't even send back the parcels!

Just looking at the app it seems like the reviews are legit it just kind of looks like wish to me like the clothes seem edited in a way the ads I've seen look much better...

3 of the items came defective after nearly 3 months it took to get to us. One of the blouses had a strap that was sewn backwards, the other was a material and style NOT even close to the picture (VERY misleading) and the third item was a different design than the picture. The communication with a rep is terrible because the app support kicks you out constantly and the messenger is automated. We will NOT order again from this site. HIGHLY disappointed!!!

False advertising. They say they'll give you free shipping over $69 then don't provide it. Use excuses like claiming its only for USD, despite the interface being in Australian dollars and the offer never specifying USD. Poor customer support. Slow response times. REPLY: I submitted a ticket and gave you the option to either (1) complete the order but refund shipping to keep your word or (2) refund the order entirely. You chose to cancel the order. Not impressed.

since I bought my first bundle of clothes I loved every bit of them ,,shipping and handling perfect ,quality excellent 👌 👏 have nothing to complain

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! The app itself is good but the clothes you get look nothing like the photos. Either the colour is completely wrong or the quality is VERY VERY bad or the fit is awful. The material almost never looks like the photo. I've ordered twice now with a total of 5 pieces and only 1 looked good on me but it was the complete wrong shade.

All Items are too small. Their xxlarge is considered a small in US size. App doesn't respond when trying to return merchandise. I gave all 5 items to my 14yr. old niece. Highly disappointed. -1 🌟

These people would not send me back my money. I have been asking for a refund for my order since the day that I purchased it because it would not arrive in time. And I do not think that the customer support is real I think it's an automated response they keep trying to convince me to accept points in a discount which I do not want I want my money back.

Beautiful clothes with unique styles at affordable prices but gets better with different pay options.

Terrible company they don't send the right size clothes then they don't refund your money. Don't order from this company

I spent over two hundred dollars on the app for clothing and every item came in different then the image, a different color, poorly made to the point of falling apart upon arrival before even out of the package. Difantley do not recommend. Getting support a refund is a hit and miss. Many products you can't even get a refund for.

Here's a tip.. any time you see clothing advertised and the photos cut off the model's face.. it's cheap clothing replicates of the item. You won't be getting what you see in the photo. Your response shows how full of S#+* you are. Lol. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

Tha customer service thru tha app is slightly difficult to figure out how to properly change an item that payed for already, but couldn't be shipped, & exchange it for another item. Other than that, tha quality of tha clothing is good & tha app is, over all, easy to navigate.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service! They received my cancellation requests and sent the order after receiving it. They then promised to resolve the issues once I had received the order. To which they refuse to take the order back and offerd a few pounds refund to which I refused I wanted to return the order and they sent me a link for a pre paid retuns label on the website which isn't on their website. they then sent me a false retuns label which wasn't pre paid as agreed!

This store is a whole scam and a half. Unfortunately I read all the reviews after I purchased two clothing items. I was so excited when I saw all the beautiful clothing that I signed up quickly. Of course I regret. The jump suit I bought looks like it was made with the same material used for umbrellas. Looks absolutely nothing like the advertisement. All the other reviews don't lie. This site is a scam!!!!

Ordered and paid on March 5th. Then I get an email saying some items are out of stock and will be available in a few days. So far I had 1 order turn in to 3 different shipments. And it's March 26th and I still haven't received any of the items and one of them still hasn't even been shipped. Customer service is no help at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE TO ANYONE.

I ordered A and they package B and sent to me. The fabric, pattern were completely different but they insisted it was color differences then offered a 5 dollar cash coupon as compensation with a validity of 7days. Thus, I must order another thing i won't love again. I tried to send it back but the cost of sending was 16 euros for a 35euros item. The whole thing is a scam and a corruption to me. Don't fall for it, you will just get another item in your closet that you will never wear.

So, far this one blouse has very poor quality that I ordered a total of 4 of these blouses. My daughter tried on a larger size than she wears and when she tried to take it off it began to tear. Then we saw where it was easy to pull apart from the thread. I have video of it. The blouse is pretty and sealed in its original packaging but, quality is too poor. I plan to request a refund. I have a very busy schedule and I'm just getting a chance to let them know. See video.

I ordered worth of $95 but i didnt recieved my orders. It says delivered but i dont know where they delivered. Its so disappointing. First transaction amd it failed. I like the dresses and i have still a lot in my cart but how can i check out those now if my first experience was terible. Its a waste of money.

Got scammed. Low quality product sold via FB add it came faulty and didn't look like in the photo.

I am absolutely not happy about your return policy. The 30 days return policy should be count from the day a customer receiving her items, not the day you ship from your warehouse. The label on the package is not even valid because when I took it to post office, they could not find where it came from or when at all and they were so surprised about it....First of all when you guys send the wrong items, doesn't matter how many days pass by because that's not what customer ordered to begin with

Please do not order anything off this company. I paid for shipping insurance if my parcel got lost which it did and they will not refund me my money or reship my missing items there a scam

I HATE this company! I was triple charged for the same item it's impossible to cancel and they ship you the same item 3x AND charge you! My check account was overdrafted 3 times and I had to pay the charges!dlDo not order anything the material is cheap the color is not as pictured very disappointed UGH

I received my order way ahead of the expected delivery date and they are very easy to communicate with. I ordered a item (both size and design) and it came out perfect! Plus the items are beautiful!
