Have had to use a couple of times. The response time was fair, acceptable and in my situation the issue was resolved next day. If I am not mistaken when you submit a tip you are not reporting it to the DPD but a third party that then forwards your tip to DPD. Not great but also not bad 3stars. IF THERE IS A EMERGENCY THEY WILL ADVISE YOU TO CALL 911.
My Exerience Tells me this app is actually been switched and is monitored by criminals with intent to gain access to your reports and gain access to your personal information. Beware, Becareful,. A Dangerous Sight. Being monitored by " criminals And LAW ENFORCEMENT Agencies. Boomerang 🪃.

Very poor gui set up, frequent bugs, crawling with white supremacists making false reports, etc
Useless, they just tell you to call. They don't ever report anything, they ignore major homeless crime.

Every time I try to access, it crashes. It makes my phone reboot. I even asked my tech savvy NEET friend, Alice, to try. Still crashing. Seems like heaven's memo pad just doesn't want me to access it. Easier just to call :(
