The Texas Suspicious Activity Reporting Network iWatchTexas app enables community members to report suspicious activities or behaviors in an intuitive and confidential manner directly to proper authorities. Incident reports submitted through the app are received by designated Law Enforcement personnel for analysis and investigation, where warranted. Texans can play an important role in preventing tragedies and potentially saving lives by reporting criminal, terroristic or school safety-related threats.
Newly added to the iWatchTexas app for the start of the school year is the ability for students, teachers, administrators, and others to report incidents related to school safety concerns. Once you install and launch the app, simply choose whether the incident you are reporting is related to school safety and follow the prompts to enter information and submit your report. We encourage you to report any concerns you may have related to potential threats to the safety and security of any school, student or faculty member in the state of Texas.

Works well when you need it. So far I haven't had to use it much. But the idea concept is really good I wish people would use it. The DFW area is just full of crime I don't know what's going on and why the police can't stop it.

The app literally does not work. It does not allow one to file a report. Also, it asks for more permissions than a well-designed app with this functionality should require.

The app constantly crashes so you can't report any suspicious activity or terrorism distance to be fixed ASAP.

Failed when attempting to move beyond the home page.
I keep trying to report suspicious activity but the app keeps losing the connection to the central servers and can't send a report. There's terrorists attacking people in the streets right now, some in blue uniforms, some in what look like army fatigues, and some in plain clothes carrying weapons, all with the same ugly black and white skull with a blue line through the middle. Can't report a single one. Good job.
