iWawa (Kids Mode)

I checked the ratings and followed the info you had followed up with the app is still exiting even after selecting the home lock to stay on it continues to ask the same thing and I keep selecting the app and then "always" but it still keeps exiting. How is this a kids mode app when the security features don't follow through?

I paid for the Lifetime Premium. I am wondering why on the Arts and Crafts area, you can only do one puzzle and the rest are locked. If I paid the Lifetime I shouldn't have to pay more to unlock the next one. What do I have to do to unlock the rest?

This is a good app and I'm paying for Premium, but why the ads are still showing ?. I don't want my kids to see any ads. 1 Star for now, until the ads removed for Premium users.

My child can exit the kids mode by simply pressing the home button! What a waste of time

Got premium from my device to my kid device and doesn't work after signing asked to paid again how a kid will paid for this on their device ?? Really it supuse to the paid be on the parents account no on individual devices.

I am having trouble with the app loading on my tablet. Everytime i try to open the app the same screen comes up. It says internet Register and has a spot for product code, and the numbers are already there. Then there is a spot that says Register code and those numbers are filled in also. There are two buttons I can push, the tope one says Wi-Fi Setting and the other says Commit. Wi-Fi is connected properly have no trouble using the Internet. And if I press Commit an error code pops up.

The shell can be used offline. It does its job pretty good in a basic scenario when you want allow a child to use specific subset of apps. The system even allows to create different children profiles with different subsets of apps. Unfortunately you cannot order icons, they are very large and cannot be grouped, so all your apps are messed up a bit (in some arbitrary order). The UI is a bit clumsy (child style). In general the app is quite usable.

It's great, but how they wish to monetize it, needs better considered for the target audience they approach. Ads in children's games, really? Just offer demos that have limited games and full version gives you like the other 60% of the library of games. Bugs also exist.

The apps wont open, the tablet freezes constantly, it says processor not responding. Iwawa is not responding, how are we able to do anything on the tablet, why is the RAM so little, how is it suppose to process anything. Please could someone help he upgrade the app,I bought it it in December we still havent been able to use it, Paid R1500 for the tablet, whats the point. Please could someone get in touch with me about this issue, very disappointed, I will not recommend this product to anyone. I almost feel like volkano is to blame as the reviews were not clear. only now that I have purchased this item am I finding out.

For some reason this app keeps interrupting other apps while I'm on them & shuts that app down. Also, if it's setup for children , can it be uninstalled if you don't need it? Now that I know how to handle the situation, it makes it easier, I really appreciate the speedy response & help I received. Thanks for your support & services.

Constant crashing. Stalling of tablet, always optimizing and Iwawa not responding. Support for issues non existing. They say screenshot problems, but it freezes all tablet operations

Runs so slowly with so many issues. Especially freezing! Videos can only play if connected to the internet which doesn't always work with kids. Nice games and variety just unfortunate about the way it runs.

Awful app! It is always closing by itself, even though I have set no time limit for my child, it constantly kicks him out of his learning games right after he starts playing. It I could give negative 5 stars I would!

Dosent lock out all controls, i can still get to the back button and status bar. If its a kids app, make it locked down so they cant get to the phone setting from the status bar. And also use androids pin feature to lock it down.

I have used iWawa for some time and find it very useful for young children, but the most recent tablet I bought has the app pre installed and everytime I start it up iWawa needs to register over the internet... This seems to often fail and what happens when there is no internet access!! On previous versions registration was not required...unfortunatly it makes the childrens tablet outside the home useless!

This app was great and worked for a day and now it won't open.

I paid for the yearly subscription option back in April 2020. I was never able to access any of the Premium content or able to contact anyone for assistance. The Pritom tablet that this runs on no longer works, so I literally paid for a subscription to nothing and cannot even get a refund! Very bad business taking advantage of parents of small children.

It's fine..... for 3- 5 year olds! OK, so 1. On iWawa 2.0, Your lock is multiplication, but on 5.0.4, it's addition. Also, it's supposed to be iWawa baby, because it's babyish. Last, give more choice. Note: update the themes, and update the rating system. For example, Angry birds is NOT for 0-5 year olds! Just try to tell me WHY it's for young kids

Hi, correct answers to sums are flagged as wrong, i mean something as easy as 25*2=50, so i have been unable to exit. Most annoying is that i am unable to transfer videos to the Iwawa folders so the tablet is bascially useless to my child at this point. How do i fix this? I havent set up the password yet because the sums keep flagging as being wrong

Automaticaly delete this app, if you download an app and it doesnt work it interrupts it for me please state why and tell me how to delet e it from atouch tablet powered by android just tell me how to delete it from atouch powered by android if it is undeletable , create a way it this is not a threat.can you uninstall this app. I see you have creted a way but what would happen to launcher 3 If anything happens to this tablet

Life time purchase gone after reinstall the app. I login with my Google account and I had paid life time subscription for my kid. I was facing crashing during opening the app, then I tried to reinstall the app. After reinstalling the app, I login with my Google account, the life time subscription is gone.

Trying to use this on my kids tablets. I've switched on permission for it on both but keeps saying feature not avail. Found out about this app on a"kid safe" tablet they each received but we had to return. Trying on 2 Onn Tablet Gen 2 devices ( 7" ). Please help asap! Trying to set them up for my boys to use today. Junk. Ive got several hours invested in TRYING to get rid of it. Every time i think its gone, it comes back. I think its the electronic version of covid. Avoid at all costs.

App won't run, keeps stopping. I need it fixed or I need a full refund! This would be perfect 5 stars if it would run!

Wonderful app! But I have one major complaint. It allows you to use 1 account to register 2 kids on the same device but it doesn't allow you to use 1 account to register 2 kids on 2 separate tablets, one on each tablet. I have 2 kids and I bought a tablet each for them but it's been impossible for me to use my single account to register a kid on their own tablet. It always wants to register both kids on each of the tablets which is what I don't want. Fix this and I will give 5 stars.
