I am not sure if this is a fault with the app or the watch, but it will wipe the previous day's steps and just leave a few. E.g. yesterday I had done nearly 15,000 steps, then they sync'd in the morning it changed to 58!!! This has happened on some previous days too. I can't work out if it has something to do with sleep times or synching? Nothing seems very straightforward with it!! Otherwise, everything is working well. The connection is great and I am receiving notifications.

When I finally worked it out it is ok. But recently I had to uninstal it and when I reinstalled it does not work at all. Comes up with stopped working close it or send feedback. No one seems to know how to fix it

Past 2 updates I haven't been able to get text notifications. It says when someone calling. Other than that. I like what it does provide.

privacy policy is in Chinese. no explanation on why it needs certain permissions. I don't see why it needs permission to take photos and videos. if you decline you can't use the app at all.

Bought two watches for my kids and they won't even connect! Garbage product. Very disappointed. I will never buy anything from this seller again! Don't waste your time and money. Horrible support. Don't even know where to go for help. Brutal

It's bad because I tried to connect and then update it it says not available to update and o connected it it says 10 seconds later it disconnects.

Total JUNK. This watch does not even make a good kids toy. No support.. Discontinued at Walmart and other stores because so many units returned.You can email developers you will get no response..Each time you charge watch you have to uninstall app on phone and start over or it will NOT pair device up with watch.

App won't open. Keeps stopping even after i uninstall and install back. App needs a better update. I can not use my watch

App. needs to be kept open for blue tooth conectivity , that cause draining of phone battery quickly , doesn't work in background ?????

I have been pairing the device for my father for over 200 times. But there is no pair at all. My father is using Huawei Nova 2i. Then I use my phone to pair, it pairs right away.

I would like to see it upgraded to include a shift worker mode so it can register sleep during the day.

This app isn't saving data from my watch, although I can see it, but next day it get down to zero as if I haven't weared the watch.

Not possible to sync...Without sync I can't even just use as watch, since I could set the hours...

One Star is generous, simply won't open. No longer connects to device.

This applicatipn isn't viable to open and work with the cell phone.

Nitification display only CALL.... not the caller name or number.

Perhaps not the best, but easy to connect, and it works. I don't trust blood pressure, seems to low.

None of his apps works. He don't respond to emails.
