Purchased the scale in 2015 or so, thus I have the much older Wellness 3.0 app. Works great with my Samsung galaxy S9+. I love the 9 metrics. It has recently shown upto 1lb difference in reporting depending on where I place the scale but it's always on hardwood flooring and done within a minute of the other readings, so a little mysterious. But it's good for showing relative change over time and it holds the data from years ago. So it's excellent for my purposes 👌
it's still not working. connecting but no numbers shown. says to operate Bluetooth device, what that means if it's already paired and conected? And the targeted weight is switched to 10kg, and only number shown is muscle mass 75%(?). Phone is Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, Android 9 (One) up to date, Bluetooth 4.2
Used to be decent, now awful. No way to change settings where previously there were three (for athlete, and two others). Registers weight correctly, rest couldn't be less accurate if it was shooting at a bottle while facing the opposite direction.
New iWellness? The user manual directed me to to install the app "New iWellness". I scanned Google Play QR code and was directed to this app. App is very slow to connect. Although Google Fit is listed as an app that can be paired with iWellness it isn't transferring data to Google Fit. When I go to Google Fit, iWellness is not listed as a compatible app for pairing. Information is very poorly translated to English and sometimes inaccurate.
With all the complaints you would think you people would it fixed by now. I give it a 0 star rating because you cant connected to Bluetooth. I still have the box I'm going to see if i can send it back and get one that works better even if i have to pay more for a better one.
This used to be our favorite digital scale, but the app hasn't been updated in almost a year and rarely connects the scale via bluetooth anymore. Might need to get a different brand if this isn't updates soon.
The worst app that I experienced!!! The design was made for a guy in first month of Android. The options to sync should be Google Fit or Fitbit, and I always offer me Fitbit only, and you never can change this. I bought a scale for this piece of trash!!!
Initially the app was so good, it showed all the details. When I reinstalled the app, it doesn't show any of the body fat, muscle mass, water weight etc only the body weight. Kindly fix this issue please.
I purchased ExcelVan scales, cheap rubbish from China. Now I am stuck with this free but rubbish app that does not work properly. I will try some other apps, but this one simply doesn't work properly with the ExcelVan scales. It is simply my own fault for buying cheap rubbish goods from China to think I get a bargain, but in reality i got what I paid for. I will have to search harder for a better app. And buy proper brand name scales, made in a trustworthy but more expensive country. Mind you, the app is free....
Inaccurate. It states that my body fat percentage is of by 9 to 10% compared to professional equipment. The body water also never changes and I am consuming 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily but it NEVER changes it is basically fixed on 49%(for 3 Mounths). I regret buying this scale. Visceral fat has been on 10% for 3 Mounths and I have lost 5 kg and it doesn't change at all. I bought this thing to gauge progress but I cant do that if the data doesn't change .
Great scale and app, but my version of the app is different from my parents and the screenshots. Even though I have the 3.0+ version, I don't get to choose my fitness level AND the app doesn't tell me my fitness age I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but the app doesn't update and it remembers my data. How do I fix this?
not the same as the instructions in the box. this app does not have a fitness level on the user interface so can't set athlete mode. therefore, the body fat is miles out.
Does this app work anymore? I get on the scale it pops up on my phone to save or not but there's a message about Bluetooth connection needs to open the app which is already opened and will not let me save my data?
Its so basic, and lacks so much from other apps that it truly needs an update! It's written in such poor English that I'm not even sure if the information is believable.
Really bad graph interface, connect to the scale ok and get the data, but the display of the results and history is really bad.
The graph where shows the progress of your weight is simply useless. Bad design, you can't visualize the entire timeline
The old version was much more accurate, the numbers are so far off it's comical. According to the app my bodyfat is 23% and I'm chubby. The only problem is I am 6'4" 190lbs with a slim athletic build.
Can't get it to work the app to connect to the scales, says it's connected but then actually isn't! Can see, by the lack of replies to others complaints, that this isn't going to get fixed any time soon! Why create something?
I love the way the scale I have automatically registers my weight. It gives me the ability to show my doctor what is happening with some of my health issues.
like so many apps, works brilliantly on an iphone with iOS, but the Android version is hopeless. Yet another reason to regret not getting another iPhone.
Ridiculous errors in English. Can only work with one profile, and one baby. What about when the baby grows into a child? Of course, buy a scale for each member of the family. Absurd!
The graphs are not useful therefore you need to export your data and the export functionality only exports one day at a time.
It isn't 8n English it is Chinese or Japanese. I had the app when I brought my scales off amazon and worked perfectly fine and now on my table it won't even register my details
this app is an embassement. slow and clunky. freezes regularly. not convinced of the accuracy.
Excellent helpful app. To improve: historic data graph - I have to zoom out for a long time before the whole data trend is visible, and then the data display is so tiny that I can barely see it. Would love to see multiple data overlaid on the same graph to identify correlation e.g. body fat + bmi + muscle mass. Text is aimed for people losing weight, so it is sometimes hard to interpret as someone who is bulking, but that is pretty common in fitness apps.
