The concept of the app is sound. As a broker it is in theory a good way to refer my clients to IWG properties. HOWEVER my clients after being referred to the app have mostly complain to me about the negative experience of receiving too many spam emails and multiple calls from different numbers and call center agents. Such a transaction nature of doing business may be acceptable for cold leads however when introducing clients whom I've built up a relationship with over years they immediately resent being treated like a number in this IWG referral system. When my clients are not happy, I am not happy. Instead a better solution would be to give brokers the ability to add their clients into the system with the app and them request a single dedicated area manager who can further build on existing client relationships towards the close of business.
