Really disappointed in this product as I cannot get access to my data it records, i would bring into question the results it gives me as it always seems to struggle to get a Gps signal. Trying to do the upgrade on it always fails. So overall I would not recommend this fitness watch as I don't think it is good value.

The band and the software are very good products. I had to reinstall the app twice recently as it would not display sleep data - once reinstalled all was OK. Hopefully the bug is to be repaired. Sleep and walking data are very handy and very accurate. Thanks for a reasonably priced great product. I purchased it via Walmart online. Update-4/9-had to repeat the uninstall/reinstall process-Update 4/28th, now that I understand all is and was OK! . App still working just great! Thank You!

No better or worse than before at connecting to tracker band, but it's killing my phone battery now, without me even having used it. Update: Even more so now, so I've added it to the list of apps that can be put to sleep. That would be a problem if it weren't for the fact the connection to the bracelet keeps dropping anyway, meaning i never get notifications on the bracelet.

Very simple. Very basic. Which is what I wanted. However, very aggravating regarding keeping synched with my phone, and updates are a nightmare. Eats up my battery life and doesn't work if you limit access to contents of your phone. It's ALL or nothing, no personalizing.

The hardware is brilliant, unfortunately the app lets it down making the whole lot mostly useless. if you don't want the call/msg notification it causes a lot of issues. the app absolutely destroys phone battery life and it often won't sync to the band. it's a pity as I like the band a lot.

The latest update from July caused a number of bugs. 1. The app crashes when trying to view activity details. 2. The app has a notification that there is a firmware upgrade available, but crashes when trying to install it. Is there a way to back out this last update?

Used to work pretty good for a cheap "smart" watch but no longer does anything but count steps. And I have to refresh the app to get them to upload even though the app is running and connected. No sms messages, no call alerts, no nothing else. Time to get a real smart watch.

Update: after a week of being 15 minutes behind the actual time i decided to update the watch's firmware. It stucks at 20% and wont update the firmware. I have the latest version of app 5.0.0.72 // All looks good except few irritating things. After updating the firmware of my smart watch p1, i cannot receive sms, also only recieve notification about facebook messages, but cannot read the content, and finally the gesture mode is not always working, but this is not a big deal. I have samsung s9

I have to uninstall and reinstall every single day or it claims I slept between 32 and 35 hours in one night . Now we all know that's impossible it has nothing to do with my hands because when it's reinstalled it gives me and normal reading please fix this app it works well with my watch and my Google Fit but I dropped my rating down to a one because it's a hassle to uninstall and reinstall every day. I wish I could give it 1/2 a star, but most of the time it isn't that good.

I've had this watch for about 2 weeks now and all seems good. The only thing I have found odd is that I cant update the watch. It goes to 20% and stops. I've written to the email listed and had no reply. I will update when I get the issue resolved.

Have now deleted app and returned watch, app just does not work runs 2 or 3 seconds then shuts down. I'm not the only one having these problems been going on for 9 months or more. I would forget about it until its supported.

I've been using iWownfit product since 3 years ago. From i5 Plus to i7a smartband..those were really a good product, durable, nice design.. But could you please improve and keep updated the firmware? The weather and long press to reject the call doesnt works on i7a, even after updated to the last software. I also hoping for more watch face on i7a. Pleeaseee...

Not too bad. It's a bit buggy and won't show progress unless you manually force it too. Overall it works well. The watch face variations are nice.

The accessories and software are very good, but need updating to support the Persian language. In this tool, Persian words are displayed in reverse, which is not readable.

My bracelet will not connect to my Samsung Galaxy S10. I installed the app and unistalled still with no luck. I even scanned the code on the box and I still couldn't get the bracelet to connect. I emailed about 3 days ago and still no response.

app is trash, it take too much time to get connected and many times when it's connected, it just don't work correctly and app will froze, the support is basically nothing and nobody will answer your questions!

weather part of the app doesn't work, used to now it doesn't. watch displays a constant 4 degrees no matter the temperature. edit : as of 23/07/19 weather back working, re-rated back to five stars, thanks guys :)

doesn't update or send messages correctly...sometimes it lets me know when I've missed a call or gotten a text and sometimes it doesn't...sleep info is totally wacked...I don't 30 hiors at night.

Why must you devs use caveman buttons. Two permanent notifications in my bar is absurd. I'll be sending my wrist band back fora refund as your products decent but your app is not. Spaming people's notification bars when you could hire a better script kiddie and put the exit button in the app. Not the notif bar. Purely lazy.

I've had problems from day one. Now that we switched to daylight savings I can't correct the time. It seems to be connected to my phone at times but when I try find it, it can't be found.
