Can not get text messages as it states you can & I have turned that setting on. Also when I get a call I only get a tiny phone icon, the watch does not show me a name or a number even when the contact is loaded. There is no "help" area or FAQ on the app or anywhere. I know it was a cheap watch, I guess it's true that you get what you pay for.
Simple, Easy to understand. like the feel of the product. Wish the display was bigger in the bezel but for the price it's just fine. For those trying to connect with issues, the instructions explain to connect though the app, I did and it connected in seconds.
After the most recent update, the app won't stay on in the background so you won't be able to get the notification. Really terrible as it was working fine before the app updated to the new GUI
App is not staying in background so you cannot receive any notification. If you check your pulse on watch will not be stored on the application.
Don't open messages. Don't connect with WhatsApp and other apps. Whenever i open this app, first i have to unpair my watch and then again pair it.
This app will not download. I bought 8 watches for grandkids for Christmas and you cannot download the app. There is an incorrect app in its place. The OC doesn't scan the bar code either.
With MY ixfit, it came with QRcode to scan. FYI, once scanned I was able to sync to original app.

Worked fine until upgrade. Now it doesn't link with the device. Extremely poor.
not sure what the issue is BUT the app keeps crashing in fact it wont even open beyond the intro graphic
Wouldn't sync since the last update. Had to uninstall and re-install the app to get it synced
loved this app until the last upgrade. now it crashes and cant open the app with my note 8. very disappointed ☹️
When I click on the app there is an upgrade that is taking so long that it ts not upgrading I even uninstalled and reinstalled it still the same

Not too bad, looks clean and tidy, and works on my phone (A8.1) so far without any problems. My only real issue and one I consider a pretty big downside, is that this app seems unable to connect to anything else useful like GoogleFit, MyFitnessPal etc...Which, is a real bummer.
